Despite the extreme weather conditions, I was delighted to find out I could get an appointment to fix my central AC within two days of calling. The person answering my call on Wednesday was upbeat and professional, and I was pleasantly surprised. The technician called me beforehand on the day of the appointment, arrived on time, and was very friendly and professional. He worked confidently to identify the problem, and I could feel my stress levels reducing. He quickly informed me that he had the replacement part on his truck, and within half an hour, our air conditioning was up and running again. I felt ecstatic! The experience was better than expected, and I am grateful to Santoro Oil and its staff for being life savers.
Mike Bayrouty just came out to service and repair our central air as it had stopped working, it was also due to an annual maintenance. Mike was very efficient, timely, and knew exactly what the problem could be and was able to diagnosis and repair very quickly. A great asset to your company, even though we hope he doesn't have to come out again we would look forward to seeing him. Thank you!

After having a bad experience with my former oil company. Santoro came to my rescue after signing with them Eric the service manager got the ball rolling, the very next day he sent two professional technician who were outstanding, to install a hot water tank an to get everything running well. By the afternoon I had hot water an everything was running the way it should. I highly recommend Santoro oil. I feel very confident that I made the right choice.

Jarrett was truly a gem! He came out to perform our annual AC service and explained the current condition. He was thorough and informative. We asked him to estimate how much longer we have before having to replace it, which helped us with budget planning. He offered to have one of the sales reps contact us to talk about getting an estimate for a new unit when we're ready. He was punctual, polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Awesome technician!
Mike was very sociable and knowledgeable. I had been installing an air filter backwards on my furnace and he explained to me the mechanics of how the air should flow. He also waited for me to go over to see him from my lawnmower when he was done to explain the efficiency factor on my burner and how he increased it by a few percentage points. Very helpful and sincere.
We can’t recommend Scott as a technician highly enough. He’s like an HVAC super sleuth. He wouldn’t quit until he figured out what was wrong with our system. He answered all our questions and went above and beyond to get the job done!
Jarret was the most thorough of all the technicians that have worked on my AC system in the 20 years I have lived here. Please send him to tune up and clean my AC next year. I am very pleased, thank you for hiring such excellent technicians!

Scott Reed is professional, well presented, and very knowledgeable in his field. Not only did Scott return our call immediately, even though it was after hours, but he also immediately diagnosed our problem, and fixed the issue within one hours time. Scott was prompt, courteous, and arrived exactly when he said he would. Scott was very thorough, and walked me through everything he did. From start to finish it was a great experience. From Angela in the office, to the guys who game out and installed our new gas Furnace and hot water tank. They were professional, friendly, explained everything and when they were done, you could not even tell they had done major work. Everything was all cleaned up. Highly recommend.
My wife and I recently purchased a new house that is oil heat. Wanting a company that would both deliver the oil, service the boiler and provide automatic replenishment was important to us. When we first reached out we were told the oil price was $4.14 a gallon. The sales rep who came out was very smooth talking and moved very quickly, no time to discuss due to the fact that he began drawing up the contact and it was clear he wasn’t leaving until we signed. We were pretty upset when the first delivery had a price of $4.59. Knowing that the price does fluctuate I called to inquire. The conversation lead to further frustration when I was told Santoro had not had oil prices of $4.14 all season and at the time of the contract signing the actual price was $4.29. We would not have left apple Valley oil if we were told the true price, they were at 4.09. In Santoro defense they did adjust the price to $4.19 as a first time fill rate. The bottom line is the contract sold to us was under false pretenses and the sale reps tactics and explanation when challenged about the price discrepancy on what was really said were questionable at best. We don’t know if we will stay with Santoro as our introduction to them contains very shady practices.
I lost heat Saturday night and called for service. The answering service got me in touch with Matt right away and he was at my house in about 30 minutes. He was very thorough in his assessment, and he fixed my problem and got the heat working again. He was very explanatory in what work he did and I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism. Thanks again!!!
I would not trust them, very shady and not reliable. We had an inspector tag a furnace as a fire hazard. I guess since they were the ones who serviced that furnace at the time they did a "servcing" on it and deemed it fine THREE TIMES, even tho one of the pipes had a hole with fumes escaping from it. Thankfully we went with our gut and had a third party inspect it as well. The report came back as expected, that it was indeed a hazard and almost to the point of being condemned. THEN when we had the furnace replaced, we saw the extent of the damage and corrosion in the furnace. Im still in awe that this company tried saying that the furnace was fine.
We recently had Santoro Oil install a furnace at a family owned residential property. The two gentlemen that performed the installation were the most professional and experienced installers we could have asked for. Michel and Billy were meticulous in their work, and upon completion explained certain burner operations and what we could expect of the new furnace. When they left the area where the new unit was installed was immaculate. I would highly recommend Santoro Oil as they exceeded all our expectations from the first time we made contact with them regarding a new burner.
