Did not show up for the appointment. Apparently took down my cell number wrong from the call receiver. Not sure how that happened since I verbally confirmed they had the right number. Disappointing, especially with a malfunctioning boiler.
I called a lot of companies to get someone to look at my furnace. All asked "are you registered with us?" NO I just need a repair. Then I called Platinum. It was Sunday (yesterday), they said they would be there between 9-1; then today they called and said they would be here at 8:30! They arrived at 8:20 diagnosed in 10 minutes and by 9 the furnace was fixed! And I did not have to be "registered" with them. Great easy and seamless process. Highly recommend.
