Filled my propane tanks $450 then tried to get it transferred into a different name. They didn’t tell me didn’t approve me and came and took my tanks. They pretty much rob me for 500 bucks.

Came home from work to find my house was at 62 degrees when the thermostat was set to 67. HVAC was coming on, but you could tell it was not igniting. Called Gas Doctor and they had someone there within a few hours. Turned out to be the main gas valve inside my furnace. Since it was late and the part suppliers were already closed the repair would not happen that day. Luckily the valve was intermittently working so I was able to get through the night. Next morning Gas Doctor called me back and was able to have a tech come out to replace the valve that day. I was back to glorious heat within 24 hours of the problem occurring. This has pretty much been my experience with Gas Doctor since I started using them. The problem is fixed and fixed as quickly as possible. If you are looking for a reputable HVAC service company I have no hesitation on recommending Gas Doctor.

My heating system stopped working and I called GasDoctor and they came out and told me I needed to replace the gas valve. About a week later they replaced the gas valve and the next day my heat stops working again. I call back and they send someone else again who tells me my heating unit isn’t meant for a house, but a mobile home and that another part needs to be replaced. He suggested I just replace the unit and set up a quote for a new heating system. This man also smelled like cigarettes and asked to use my bathroom and left the seat up, which I thought was a strange thing to use a customers bathroom, and then on top of it leave it untidy. Anyways I call someone else who ends up fixing my heating unit and getting it working again. He tells me my unit is not a mobile home unit and Gas Doctor installed the incorrect gas valve and there was a grounding cord unplugged. I called Gas Doctor to get a refund on the wrong gas valve. I had to leave a message and never got a call back. All the while all of these events took over 3 weeks and I didn’t have heat the entire time. Gas doctor did not care at all and they didn’t know how to actually fix my heating unit and instead told me to get a new one for over $5,000. Worst experience I’ve had with a company

Contacted Gas Doctor as a new customer for a boiler cleaning. Booked out several weeks, but everybody was. Worth the wait! Technician, Tim Isom, was superb. Called before arrival, on time. Explained scope of work and upon completion explained what had been done. Cost was reasonable, with no surprises. Highly Recommend.

I called them again, it's the 3rd time I've used them. I'm most impressed with them because it's been a different guy each time. This time the guy was named Tim, he was extremely professional, explained everything perfectly so I understood everything. Fixed my zone valve which was like 15 years old then gave me recommendations on maintaining them. I couldn't be happier with Tim's work. Most important thing was that he was very helpful and considerate through it all. I'm so happy I called them when I did the first time like 3 years ago.

This is the second time I called this company, for an estimate they came they said that to give them two or three days to come up with an estimate and they’ll either call me or email me with the price. That was over three weeks ago still haven’t had a call or an email from them. I do not know how this company does business. And no I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We started a service contract with Gas Doctor about 8 years ago when my then 2yr old and elderly aunt were at home in the middle of an artic blast with no heat. The company we had a contract with wouldn't be able to come and check out the problem for 2 days! Called Gas Doctor and they were able to come within a few hours and had the heat fixed that night. Canceled the contract with the previous company, signed on with Gas Doctor and have continued to have a service contract with them including after moving into our new home. They have always responded quickly whenever our heating system had any issues.

Called Gas Doctor Gas Pro on the after hours emergency line due to a gas boiler that was not heating. I described the issue to Irving and told him what I did to troubleshoot. He said he was 95 % certain it would just be a bad theromstat that needs to be replaced (easy and I can do myself). One hour and a new thermostat later and I'm back in business. Thank you for saving me the repair cost on this simple fix. I will be sure to use your company for my heating issues going forward!
