James returned my call the same day. He told me his schedule was too booked to help me. But he took the time to listen to my plumbing problem. He referred me to another company where he personally knew the owner and had previously worked with her. Honesty in a company, hard to find nowadays. - Marian
I would highly recommend this company for any of your AC/Heating needs - Hands Down the best!!! We installed (3) Mitsubishi Ductless mini splits in our house by Gregg. His customer service was Excellent & went through the process along the way and installed them professionally & they look amazing in our house...Thx for helping us have a happy cool Summer !!!...Dennis
Gregg did a great job installing my Mitsubishi Ductless Mini Split in our basement. He was in and out in one day and left the room cleaner than he found it. We couldn't be happier with the system and barely notice it even in the room. I would highly recommend Gregg for his service!
Gregg installed Mitsubishi Air Source Heat Pumps at my home in the summer of 2019, during one of the muggiest weeks. He worked quickly, professionally and neatly, even going so far as to hang the paintings back on the wall after the installation was done. It feels like they've always been here, now - his installation was seamless and I'm enjoying cool, dry air. I am ecstatic with Gregg's services and I highly recommend hiring him. Thanks Gregg!

Thank you Alliance Heating for coming out to my home this Sunday morning. I felt comfortable with Gregg as he fixed my boiler. I called Aliliance 6 times over 2 days because my furnace would not light. Each time I received the answering service. I NEVER received a call back. I will never call them again. I encourage everyone to do the same. Don't call them. Very bad way to run a company !
