Bobby and the team at American Home are extreme professionals who always deliver on time and with no issues. They are highly reliable and responsive and are always ready to help. As investors, it can be hard to find quality work, but this team exceeded all expectations and all systems have been perfect since installation. I would never work with anyone else but this team again.
What's worse than having your 30 year old air conditioner stop working around the same time your 60+ year old furnace begins to show signs of trouble? Having all that happen on the hottest week of the year. So when I called Bobby Palliotta, owner of American Home Heating & Air Conditioning, he wasted no time coming over to see what I needed, and set me up with an installation only a few days later. His workers were prompt, attentive to my concerns and questions, and most importantly installed a new, energy-efficient AC and heating system, which rendered my Eisehower-era setup just a bad memory. We were looking for a company that could perform an oil to gas conversion for home heating and we brought in American Home Heating & A/C for the project. Bobby and his team were excellent from beginning to end. The communication, pricing, and work quality were all great from our perspective. They were also timely with the project which minimized heat disruption at home. We would highly recommend speaking with American Home Heating & A/C about your next HVAC project!
We purchased a very old home with no central air conditioning or any other form of air conditioning other than small window units in upstairs rooms. American Home Heating and Air Conditioning installed a full scale central air conditioning system to service our first floor back in 2022, completed the job in two days with no delays. The price was as was originally quoted. The equipment all works perfectly and quietly. We also had this Firm install wall unit ductless air conditioning in our third floor bedroom and two of our second floor bedrooms, those jobs were completed across just two days, price was fair and reasonable and exactly as quoted. Beyond all of that, this Firm was extremely professional. The house was clean as if nothing had happened. The owners and engineers were easy to deal with and happy to answer all of our (many!!) questions. All around an excellent experience.
Bobby is always quick to respond to calls. Received a call back right away and had my installation on time with a great team of technicians. Tony and the guys were friendly, considerate, and did a great cleanup after what was a long and arduous job.
Bobby and his team did outstanding work. They were extremely professional and timely. Bobby was outstanding to work with and helped navigate the heat loan process through RISE Engineering. I couldn't recommend them strongly enough. Their work was high quality and we are very satisfied with the end product.
Bobby installed our new air conditioning unit, compressor, air handler, and mini split unit. The mini split was very efficient and saved us money. He has been responsive to service calls and honored the warranty. I highly recommend using American Home Heating to service your home.
I had to replace my old oil burner heating system with a new gas efficient heating system. American heating did a great job installing this new system. Perfect installation , great service and very professional. Would highly recommend them to everyone

These guys are the bomb! When my central a/c started to fail, I called American Home to get an estimate on replacing it. Bobby came out within 2 days of my call, looked over everything, and had an estimate for me that day. I had several other estimates, and his was one of the most competitive, plus he backed parts AND labor for 10 years (no one else did that). The equipment was a well known, reputable brand and he said the job could be done in one day (others were telling me two full days). Once I put down the deposit, Bobby scheduled me for the next week. The crew arrived on time and worked a full day, completing the job before 5pm (and cleaning up after themselves). Everyone was professional and very respectful of my home. I literally have no complaints and would highly recommend this company.
Above and beyond! Bobby looked at our existing ducting and advised on new equipment to replace our failing oil fueled system. He was thorough in educating us on the best system for our house and why. He told us to look into the state rebates and 0% loan for a heat pump install, which made it financially feasible - and surprisingly affordable when compared to what we've been paying for oil! Then with install, they have an amazing crew that works beautifully together for a high quality and quick install. Very high praises for their work and communication throughout. Thank you!
We contacted several local HVAC businesses and American was, by far, the quickest to respond, quote, and install. Bobby met with us and gave us an estimate on site. Based on his projection for installation and the professional, respectful way in which he presented his proposal, we immediately changed it from a quote to an invoice. His team showed up on time, work diligently and showed the utmost respect for our property and us, as customers. They are a great team. It was a pleasure working with them. Both Bobby and Louie assured us that if we encountered any issues they would immediately respond to our concerns. I highly recommend this company.
Bobby, Cory and everyone at American home are great to work with. All the work was done in a day, and the crews were respectful.
Their website says they do duct sealing and has a whole page dedicated to it so I called and spoke to someone, she said she’s “not sure if they do that” but it doesn’t matter because they’re not taking any new clients anyways. No mention of it on their site or anything so I guess it doesn’t matter that their receptionist isn’t even sure what their own services they provide. Very odd.
This is by far one of the most responsive companies I’ve dealt with as I have been knocking down the home improvement list of the year. I got three separate quotes with three very different numbers for a new gas furnace/ and new central air installation as well as adding heating/cooling to our new media room and Bobby was out to provide me a quote the next day. His quote was reasonable and he didn’t try throwing me any fancy sales pitches. He was upfront, honest and flexible with payment options! As soon as I settled on his company for the job, he gave me an installation date within a week. He then even pushed my installation date up further as his team finished another job sooner than expected. We are very happy with our new system and the house is just much more comfortable. Bobby’s team was very professional and got the job done fast. We’re excited to enjoy a nice evenly cooled home and not fumble with window ACs this summer :) Thank you!

American Home Heating has done a lot of great work for our home over the past 6 years. I trust them with anything related to Heat or AC. We had them do a central AC install. They also helped us with a new boiler and smart ecobee thermostat. I highly recommend the them. 😀
Bob and his team installed a 4 ton LG thermal heat pump- A/C unit including all the duct work in a new house we built about 2 years ago. Our previous houses had a natural gas furnace and the other had an oil furnace. By far this has been the best! It's been extremely efficient. Over the last 21 months our total electric bill for heating, A/C and electric has averaged $175 a month. We live in a 1700 square foot home. Bill and Deb
