Collin and Lyndon were completely professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and a pleasure to have in our home to do an A/C replacement. From the first phone call to the instructions on how to use my new remote...Superior Comfort, Inc. understands customer service like no other. Best service done today! Ryan, Ray and Zach were the crew assigned to install my mini split. I couldn't have been more pleased! Not only did they work very well together as a team, they were very professional, and VERY good sports working in the rain most of the day! They were very respectful of my home and my time. Everything was explained clearly and Ryan made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way as well as taking as much time as I needed to answer all of my questions. All 3 of them were very personable making it very comfortable to have them in my home. I had a very good experience and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Thank you!

Very impressed with the technicians. They were courteous, friendly and professional. Made sure we were okay with everything they did. Wore show coverings - checked out the old system to make sure everything that needed was properly turned off. Took their time to get the system working properly. Installed programmable thermostats. Our home remains at a steady temperature.
Derek and Alex are super professional, knowledgeable, and SO nice! Excellent work. Besides the professionalism and a job well done, they were very nice to my kid and my pets. Very careful they didn’t get out of the house… that’s so important to me! I hope we get to work with them again!

I recently had Superior Comfort add a zone to my natural gas forced heating and cooling system in the basement. All of the people I dealt with scheduling, estimating, and installation were top notch. After the installation was complete the basement area was spotless. I highly recommend this company.

Right from the start with the house visit with Dimitri Varrecchione, I knew this was the company I wanted to work with the removal of the old AC system and installation of a new AC system. Dimitri showed a great attitude in his ability to listen and understand what I was looking for. After reviewing all options it was deciding what system I wanted installed, Dimitri was very knowledgeable about all 3 options and made the decision so much easier to make. Dimitri was able to sent up an install only 6 days after contract was signed which really shows that he was listening to the conversations I had with him. Moving on to the installation. The Service Technician Josh was probably one of the nicest technicians I probably ever meet, (and I’ve meet a lot over the years). Josh’s ability to communicate with me was unbelievably awesome. Josh made sure I was made aware of the progress that was being made. I have Blown In Insulation in the attic and knew it was going to be a mess, but Josh made sure drop cloths were laid out and at the end of the day every area was vacuumed. Josh took pride in his work and his knowledge made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in his work. I give the team I dealt with two thumbs up and if I had more thumbs they would’ve gotten them. Superior Comfort installed a heat pump and three mini splits in our home. From the initial sales call to the walk through of our new equipment, every step was professional and excellent quality. Chad was super responsive during the sales process; Jeremy called to schedule immediately after we’d signed our contract; and Ryan, Colin, Jose, and Matt were all excellent installers. We are super pleased with our new installation and can’t wait to get rid of our window-unit ACs!
Mini splits filters needed to be cleaned. Also some equipment was added to help with keeping the air cleaner. Ed did a great job explaining everything as he was going along.
