I had Matt come out today to inspect my AC unit. I have had many technicians come to inspect my HVAC equipment over the years, but never had anyone as polite and thorough as Matt. He checked everything over, reviewed his long checklist with me and answered all my questions. My unit is very old and I’m in the planning stage for a new system and he helped outline the different paths I could take and the various steps involved. I am so happy I chose Spurk. I’m very impressed! Thanks again, Matt! EDITED JULY 2023: After some thought, i decided to replace my old HVAC equipment. Evan and Tom came out in June 2023 to do the installation. I had 3 large bushes surrounding my AC unit that were crowding the unit. They cut them off at ground level and it looks great! The guys were a pleasure and did a great job!
I had a horrible experience with a competitor of yours and Matt was the polar opposite of that service team member. He was very kind, explained things so I could understand them, but most of all, I trusted and believed him. I knew he was being very honest with us. Because of this I will follow through with working with your company and purchase a new unit, because I believe that’s the best option thanks to Matt’s.
Spurk HVAC was awesome! They came to look at my AC unit same day, let me know when they were on their way and when they'd arrive so I didn't have to wait around all day. Service was quick and professional. Highly recommend!
Incredible service, Had issues with my original instal from another HVAC comapany. Spurk was able to fix all of the problems the other company created and the results were astounding. Air flow is better, we are using less electricity now since our system doesn't have to run all day, and the air handler is quieter than ever since they made sure we had enough airflow installed to balance everything out. Will recommend Spurk to anyone I know from now on. 👍
Ac was not kicking out cold air called spurk and they were there in a couple days. Tech came but ac broke again 2 days later same prob. Called spurk they sent a tech out again immediately the next day. Tech was there again fixed the issue than 2 hours later it broke again same issue. Called again for a 3rd time and again they immediately sent a tech out to solve the issue. Unfortunately was not a quick fix but they answered everytime i called and sent someone the next day both times. Super responsive and reliable would recommend there services to anyone.
The technician, John, arrived on time. I like that I could track his eta with the text reminder, since it was an early morning call. Super professional. I’m a new homeowner, so I appreciated that he took the time to explain a few things to me. I felt like he was thorough, patient with all my newbie-type questions, and it was an overall solid experience. Prices were fair. Will use them again without hesitation.
Matt was great. Professional, friendly and punctual. He presented his findings and recommendations in a thorough but concise report. Prices seemed reasonable.
These guys were great! Their costumer service is outstanding! Will use them again. Fixed what was needed on my unit in a very timely manner.
We had used Spurk a number of years ago when our furnace would not work. At that point, you assume the worst and prepare for a large repair bill, but when they diagnosed the problem it was a simple repair which was only $150 to correct. It was refreshing to work with a company that did not try to take advantage of you at a time when it would have been so easy for them to do so. When our furnace broke down again this year, we did not hesitate to call Spurk. This time the 23+ year old system did need more extensive repairs. Dale and Dan were very helpful in discussing the pros and cons of repairing our system vs installing a new one. Once we made the decision to move forward with a new furnace, they then patiently walked us through the various models available. After we selected our new system, their crew was out the next day. Hats off to Scott and Matt who worked late into the night to complete our installation. Prompt service and they also take the time to educate you on something that many of us know very little about, and all at a very fair price. I know what a few of our neighbors have paid for their new furnaces, and I can tell you that the total price from Spurk was much better and the service was fantastic. 1 more furnace and 2 air conditioners from the original build are still chugging along. I hope I can avoid replacing them for a while, but when the time comes we will be calling Spurk again. April 28,2023 updated: Had the upper level central AC replaced today. Matt and his assistant did an excellent job. Installation looks great, they were very neat. Now we just need some warm days so we can use use it!
I scheduled a ductless mini split cleaning for 2 heads. Lynette was very pleasant on the phone. John was very nice and wore booties when he came in. When John was finished cleaning, he told me how it was done, with spray and a paintbrush. He showed me how he cleaned only the outside of the coils and I asked him about removing the cover and getting the inside of the coils. He said he doesn't normally do that. I called Lynette and, after letting her know the situation, she said that there are levels of cleaning that were available. I asked for the names of the levels and the pricing and she couldn't give them. She then blamed me for not allowing them to come out for an evaluation before the cleaning and wanted to talk to John privately. She did so and I don't know what they schemed, but I paid the $125 for John spraying cleaner on the coils, a job less thorough than I've done myself, and had John leave. I confirmed that he believes what's in the photo to be the result of a basic cleaning and this is up to their company, a Mitsubishi Diamond Elite contractor's, standards. I also mentioned the booties because I definitely appreciate them, but he didn't use a drop cloth and left the floor like it is in the other photo, so the purpose of the booties was perhaps lost on John.
John did a great job diagnosing and repairing our climatemaster geothermal system.
With three young kids, we were very happy that Spurk was able to come and fix our furnace same day (replaced gas valve). John was very friendly with our dog and son and answered all of our questions. We used Spurk at the recommendation of a family friend and will continue to use in the future.
Dale Spurk installed our furnace 18 years ago and we never had any problems whatsoever with this furnace until this past Friday Feb 3rd.We called late in the morning and the serviceman showed up within two hours and installed a new inducer motor on the furnace and had it up and running by 2 pm. Great job very well satisfied fast repair especially on coldest day of the year so far.
ON 1/11/23, I again used Spurk to inspect my furnace. (for some reason i didn't remark last year). Their technician, John, was as professional and informative as the last 4/5 times i have used Spurk. Furnace still has excellent results and and again looking at preparations to replace. Will only use SPURK
Kevin came out promptly and helped us after we came home to a 55 degree house in mid January! Very honest and professional. We will use them again and highly recommend- esp Kevin!

The scheduling was great to work with, and the technician was very helpful, professional, and prompt on getting things updated. They also gave recommendations for system upgrades which i badly need.
I was home with 2 sick kiddos and the furnace went out. Our home warranty company couldn't get anyone out for a week so we called around. Spurk had a tech on-site within 2 hours. They'll be my first call from now on.
