We had Level Green replace our sewer line. Nothing but great things to say for the entire process. Everyone there, including the workers at our home were incredibly kind, helpful and considerate. We are very pleased with the work they did and will continue to use them as our go- to plumber for any issues in the future.

We had a pipe break the day after Christmas. LGPH responded quickly to our service call. Mike and Kevin came out in the evening, found where the pipe broke and got it repaired. Highly recommend using them for any plumbing, heating or AC services you might need. Thanks again for getting our pipe fixed!!
Level Green is always there when we need them. The are reliable, responsive and extremely professional. We appreciate them checking in on our parents when they had a heating problem and very quickly helped to solve the problem. We will use them again and again. Thank you Level Green.
Level Green has been my go-to plumbing and HVAC company for years. Just recently they did all of the plumbing and HVAC work when I finished my basement. They were always punctual, did great work, and all of the workers were so respectful.
The actual work the employee did was not bad, this review is for a mismanaged, disorganized, and poorly executed job. No task planning whatsoever, left my home without hot water or a furnace for an October weekend due to a complete inability to plan a job. If we worked in substations the way these guys worked on my home you wouldn't be able to charge your phone, much less your car. The details? Inability to plan around a concrete pour and curing time, and inability to coordinate with their prime contractor (they did the job as a subcontractor for Keystone Basement Systems). They didn't tell me I was to have no heat or hot water until I called them Friday afternoon because I hadn't received a call from their tech, who was supposed to contact me about returning to restore my service. 1. If you have a two day job and you need a couple hours for the concrete to cure, set up the concrete pour for the first day or early the 2nd. 2. Communicate with your customer. Don't tell them to expect a call and not call them. Don't ignore someone you've left without heat. Don't not tell them at 4pm on Friday they won't have heat until Monday unless they pay an additional fee for a Saturday call. 3. Don't tell someone you'll have a tech there at 8am when you then schedule them for pickups and warehouse work and they don't arrive until 9. Others have jobs they need to get to as well and can't take time off whenever we like to suit a schedule forced onbus by incompetent planners.
They did not put nothing on my floor it was a mess the put the toilet in my tub I had to clean up after them other plumbers put things down it took me an hr and half to clean up after them I think I should get some my money back for clean up
Fast and reliable. We needed them when it was 40 degrees in the winter(they arrived in 45 minutes on a Saturday) and 92 degrees in the summer. Technicians were professional and explained everything. Costumer service at its best.
Thanks for the quick and professional service today. It was really hot in the house until George came and fixed the AC. He was very knowledgeable and kind.
Hired them for a few things/ went really well. Hired them to do a back flow test- to fix a toilet after hours and the level of service is very different. Got an email today of an overdue bill- great. Never saw an actual bill and thought we paid at time of service because don’t worry they have an iPad to take cards. Had them install backflow protector and perform test for Murrysville and guess what/ they installed but never tested and forgot to email me back after multiple attempts. Covid must have did them dirty. Too bad.

Big Thanks to LevelGreen Plumbing & Heating LLC. Our A/C (original equipment - 27 years old) quit on us last Saturday and we were up and running with a new/better Bryant A/C unit, Bryant two-stage furnace, Aprilaire humidifier and Ecobee smart thermostat before the end of the week. Thanks to Mike for the expedited order, Kevin for covering the original service call and doing the prep work on Saturday for the replacement, and the very professional installation crew: Mike, Stephan, and Hunter. We knew we were on borrowed time with the old equipment but LGPH came through to help during the heat wave last week. Thanks Guys!!!
i love this business. our AC stopped working and the gentleman made three separate trips to our house to make sure that it was working properly....it does. best of all, he could have done a lot of unnecessary repairs and we would not have known the difference. the fact is, he did only what was necessary and charged a very reasonable price. more businesses should operate the way this one does!!! thank you
Tankless water heater stopped working Sunday, called them on Tuesday morning, they had someone here Tuesday afternoon. He called the manufacturer's support line trying to get it to work, after going through all possible scenarios, it was decided that we needed a new heater. Had a proposal that afternoon. Asked if it can be installed ASAP and Mike was very accommodating and scheduled installation for Thursday. They were here at our house at 7:30 am and installation was completed by afternoon. They had to replace old pipe with new PVC pipe and rework the lines to accommodate the new tank. I cannot say enough about how nice everyone was in getting this scheduled and installed on such short notice. When they were done, everything was clean and ready to go. We now have hot water again. Thank you for everything you did to get us hot water again! I would definitely recommend Level Green Plumbing and Heating.

Cannot say enough great things about my experience. Woke up this morning to a wet garage. Our hose bib was leaking and we couldn't fix it. Called Level Green plumbing and within 2 hours, they sent Kevin, who quickly fixed the problem.
