Called to have a new boiler installed was told the owner would contact me. I waited a week and reached out again and told the same thing. It has been over a month and no response. I’ve used the company in the past to service my boiler and they were very responsive and quick with repairs, not sure what has happened but to not at least to contact about a new system is sad.
I have used Newell twice now! Any work in the future I would not hesitate to use them again! On both occasions my kids were there and I was in Harrisburg. A call to them was all it took to get things done! The first was a burst fitting. Not only were they quick to responded but check all the lines to make sure everything was in working order! Next our well pump failed! They came and got it done! Prompt, responsive excellent work but what was icing on the cake. They kept in touch with me thru the whole process! The guys that work for Newell's are very polite and curious. They answered any questions that I had.

Don't call them. Got this from BBB website. Apparently, no one there knows how to do Delta T measurement. Business response 01/26/2022 You were not forgotten. When Tech stated that he thought it was a suggestion (not the solution), do to fact that its right beside vanity. That maybe the renters over flowed sink or spilled water. Tech went to location on 7/6/2021- for ac not working. Turned unit back on at thermostat. When unit kicked on unit did blow cool air from register. Went outside to condenser. Took cover off- found coil to be dirty/dusty. So sprayed unit down with nu-brite front and back of coil. Then sprayed down. Put cover back on. Went back inside to do delta t (?T). Temp was 77. System was blowing out at 57 which gives a delta t (?T) at 20. Temp outside was 83. After doing delta everything was working.
This review is long overdue. I have used Newell's multiple times over the past several years for both heating and sewer services on different rental properties and have always been more than satisfied with the work and customer service they provided. These folks are great! I will truly be disappointed if they ever retire.
Always fast efficient and helpful. I’ve had them out at my place of work and home. Typically they get out quickly despite being busy.
Called me at 8:30 PM to check on my problem and walked me through a quick fix! Highly recommend!
My parents had the house built around 1952-53, and over the years the bathtub drains had begun to fail - corrosion, etc. After my bath last Friday night, the water drained through the damaged pipe down onto the Living Room floor. A large mess resulted. Saturday morning I called some local plumbing businesses - all were closed on Saturdays. I had Newell's several months back to fix a bathroom faucet and drains. I called them and one of the plumbers was on call. I explained what had happened and he said he would be down in about an hour (and he was) and proceeded to remove the rusted, broken parts - not at all easy to reach, and replaced all the drains, etc. with the PVC pipes, and replaced the drain and overflow piece. In order to do his work required a great many trips up and down my stairs - 2 landings and 11 steps! He was so pleasant and was patient explaining what he needed to do! I was very confident in his ability to do his work here. It's been working extremely well, and not a drip has fallen - I've kept a basin beneath where the water came through initially... and not a drop has fallen! I highly recommend Newell's, and Jason as well!

They are a great business but charge way too much for labor. They did a great job with my sewage/water lines. I can always depend on them to be here when I need them.
Newell's Plumbing is a top notch professional company with all of the services our business needs. They are knowledgeable, courteous, professional, prompt, and efficient. The gentlemen who work on our building are extremely polite, friendly, and patient with our elderly tenants which is of top importance to us. A+ service!!!

Very professional installation team, answered all my questions. As in the past, I found using Newell Plumbing, Heating & Air-conditioning to be an enjoyable situation. From talking to the owner; Steve Newell his field employees and office staff, all of which are very professional and friendly!! I would recommend the Newell organization and will be using them again!!
Over the years, Newell's has always been there whenever needed. They are available, timely and efficient. Newell's responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work is above reproach.
We have used Newell's for years because they come when you call which is not the experience we have had with other heating and plumbing companies in the area. We didn't bother getting quotes when we needed a new Furnace and Central Air installed because Newell's Responsiveness and Service mean more to us than saving a few dollars. They come when they say, they are Professional, Friendly and Knowledgeable. I Highly Recommend Steve and his Crew!
Great service. Excellent response time. After another local plumber was unable to help, Newell's came out and fixed the issue within 2 hours.
Newell's plumbing was hired to vent a toilet vent pipe. The first time they came out they ran a pipe to an exhaust fan that doesn't run all the time. Said there was a steel roof so they couldn't go through the roof. The second time they came out they just cut a hole in the exhaust fan hood and put a pvc pipe in the vent hood. They were paid by northern tier community action both times and the reason the work was needed to be done correctly was there was mold removed because the original contractor didn't complete the venting properly. Not satisfied with the work they were supposed to do. The first 2 pics are the roof you can clearly see asphalt shingles the second is of the fan vent hood the cut a hole in and stuck a pvc pipe in. Would definitely check the work accomplished when they say its done.
Very professional and friendly and get the job done right and double check their work. Had them in numerous times and they even come all hours, they always call if something comes up so your not let hanging. Id recommend this plumbing and heating
I have called upon Newell's Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning on two separate occasions over the past few months: 1) to help with the updating of my natural gas line for my new stove and 2) when my hot water tank needed replacement.
