We have not had heat in our house for 4 years due to placement of the furnace and central air unit broke last year. We contacted Air Pure for a quote multiple times due this. They did not sugar coat how annoying it was going to be and the work that would need to be done to replace it. The last two days one of their teams was out and did an amazing job replacing the furnace and AC unit. The company is fair, honest, and does quality work. You can shop around and get what you pay for, or you can go with Air Pure and get it done right. Thank You to everyone who worked on this.
John molnar was so helpful. He was able to be here in minutes. Fast friendly and caring. It really means alot to get a worker here on a short notice. Anytime we need help we will call for his assistance. Thanks Mr Molnar.

Friendly, courteous, extremely helpful! I can't say enough about how great my experience was. My furnace stopped working in February and was hoping to get it fixed. Unfortunately since it was almost 30 years old, that was not possible. Jon and his team were able to have a new furnace and AC installed within less than a week. They also loaned us some wonderful space heaters to get us by and we were very grateful. Would highly recommend if you have heating or AC issues. I had previously recommended to my neighbor last year and they could not wait to tell me how wonderful they were.

Our heating system was installed in our home by the previous owner less than 5 years ago. We had issues with it this winter (and a previous one) and when my husband called to schedule a repair they said they would give our information to a tech and call us back. After not hearing from them he called back to check in and they said they're no longer interested in doing business with us. They cited an issue from either last winter or the winter before (I can't remember) when our system needed a new computer board and they ordered it. In the meantime, because we had no heat, we found another vendor that could have the new board installed for us more quickly and called them right away to cancel the order. They are just now complaining about a restocking fee for that situation and are saying that they don't want to do business with us. I get it, not every vendor is going to want to work with every customer but initially not calling us back and then citing a situation where we got someone to do the work more quickly feels like a cop out from a company who can't admit that the system they installed is sub-par.
Do not use this company if you actually want your furnace repaired. all they want to do is replace your furnace, and sell you a new one for thousands of dollars. there service man tried very hard to bully me into buying a new furnace, even though all that was wrong with my current furnace was a dirty flame rod.that's very unprofessional in my book. will not use this company again.
Matt and Josh were amazing to work with! They were very professional and explained the entire process in detail. I felt very comfortable with them working in my home to replace my AC unit. It's very refreshing to work with such nice people! I highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs!
Had our 24 year old AC and furnace units replaced. Jon showed up within the hour and gave us a great quote. The guys did fantastic work on the installs.
When our A/C went out on the hottest day of the summer, the guys at Air Pure were fantastic. Someone came out that morning to look at it and, even though they had a busy schedule, they were able to fit us in and even get the work done ahead of time! All the guys who came to the house were extremely friendly and professional. My husband and I highly recommend Air Pure!

When John first came out we were very comfortable with his knowledge of what needed to be done.. We then met Josh and Bill who were very professional and very friendly to not only our son but our dogs. Josh and Bill took of everything and keep us update on the process of getting our new heating and air conditioning units. They left us with knowledge we needed for our new systems. They took care of everything. I would highly recommend this business and in the future will continue using them. Thank you for everything.
John and his team were amazing!! Our AC broke down on the middle of a 95 degree day. Called John, he came out that night to look at it. He and his crew were out two days later on a Saturday to install a new AC and furnace. All of the workers and owner of Air Pure Inc are extremely nice, friendly and do great quality work at a good price! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Thanks John and company for an outstanding removal and installation of our new heating and air conditioning system. Josh and Matt were very professional, on time, answered all our questions. They went above and beyond my expectations. I loved the way the hide the lines which everyone knows can be eye sores. Great team sent to our house.
