Extremely satisfied! Bobby was very friendly and professional explaining everything he was going to do. He took video of some issues so he could show me as it is hard for to get around. Christian should be grateful they have him on their team.
Ryan Small was an excellent plumber. He worked harder than any plumber I ever have had. Ryan was the only saving grace to this situation. Customer service was deployable. I had to call 3 times before the manager Bill spoke to me. He promised to call me and keep me informed. He had the dispatcher call me- she was supposed to call me at 8:30am-if she had the problem may have been averted. Bill never called to update me. I have been a client for 20+years and this year customer service has dropped the ball 2 times. Very frustrating.
Great and consistent Business Practices! They call or text, prior to visit with estimated arrival time, they arrive at appointment time and overall do an excellent job. Their technicians are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional! I used them for over 20 years and love their incredible service! Would highly recommend this company!
Dan Kotarski was the technician assigned to help troubleshoot and repair our A/C unit. He was very professional and explained everything that he was doing along with the issues discovered and the various options we had available to repair the unit. He went above and beyond and didn’t leave until all issues were resolved and our A/C was back up and running. Great service!

Darwins was polite, went right to work, replaced my filter. He was very respectful of me and the house. He wore shoe covers to keep house clean. He helped get the hose to the back yard to clean the heat pump. It was a very pleasant visit.
Knowledgeable, Educated me on the process, explained what was going to be done and then reviewed what was done. Joe is intelligent, great customer service and professional.
James was very professional and honest did not give me false hope. Was able to fix a 30-year-old air conditioner but let me know it might just be for a day or a week. I have an appointment with them next week to talk about a new one. The receptionist at the company I believe her name was Allie was also very kind and very helpful

They were late for the appointment. But the technician was polite efficient and very professional. Gave great advice. His name was Jonah. He got the company a repeat customer. I made an appointment for a estimate to replace the central air unit. They didn’t show up or call.
In spite of the July 4th holiday, an appointment was made and Scott came and took care of the problem for us promptly and professionally. I recommend Christian HVAC.
Mark did a nice job explaining what the new AC system would consist of and the type of equipment that would work the best with our present heating system. We have used them in the past and they are very reliable.

Christian Heating and Air Conditioning Always On time, professional, honest and excellent work!! Mr. Scott Oliveras saved our Fourth of July weekend!!! Worked on our A/C all day in the heat for hours until he figured out the problem and fixed it. Thank you sooo much. Excellent service!
