The service was prompt, The customer service person that took my call was very polite and helpful and the technician was on time and very professional. My AC was fixed within a couple of hours from placing the initial call. Excellent 👌
Justin came out and helped us with our issue within 20 mins of me calling. Super nice guy very personable and knowledgeable. Will be doing all our HVAC work with them in the future.

I had been researching and getting HVAC quotes from multiple local companies (big and small) for over a month. Justin came out to our home for a quote and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and actually taught me a few things without that pushy vibe that sales people can have. His quotes were very reasonable for better quality than some of the other companies. He was also very patient and responsive with our plethora of questions post quote. Even though I was a little nervous due to them being a small business, we are beyond happy with our new system. The team was respectful, fast, and efficient. They were even super dog friendly! I look forward to using DeLong & Sons for all of our HVAC needs in the future. We're super happy clients!

Outstanding service. They went the extra mile to ensure our heat pump system was repaired correctly - and quickly. My wife was impressed at how the technician was able to communicate the problem and the solution to her with very clear easy to understand explanation. They were able to solve our problem in one day (where another contractor was taking weeks to order a part that wasn't needed). Five stars and now my new HVAC service company.

After Justin fixed our heater at our commercial building 2-1/2 months ago, I had him come to our home to repair our heating furnace this time. He again did a great job. He found the problem and took care of it. The prices he charged for both services were very reasonable. My son and I will use them for all our HVAC work in the future.

Omg Delongs is the best heater repair company Ive had ever. They were friendly, responding to my emergency very quick and discussed what had to be done before going forward. I will not as long as their in business go anywhere else! I most diffentlly recommend DeLongs.
