I called for an appointment about two months ago and Gino indicated that he could come the next day. The next day he called and said that his child was ill and he could not make it. We scheduled another day. He called that day and indicated that he had an emergency job somewhere and that he would call me back to reschedule. He never called me back. I will never use this service again. Very unsatisfied.
Gino and his team were responsive and great at insuring my new system was working.
I’ve used sta so cool a few times I’d rather have a cold house than use someone else. Reliable and fair prices. Love the service!
I can't recommend them enough. My furnace died at 7pm December 23rd and sta so cool was here Christmas eve morning and had a new furnace installed and the heat back on in a few hours. Even with the emergency call they gave a fair price and were very professional the entire time
Came to me - day 2 - on Christmas Eve with needing a new Furnance with no power and -2 Degrees with a smile on Their faces to help me. No one could help me with my problems, but the crew did a great job and got me heat today . What an incredible team ! Thank you so much !
Sta is very reliable and cares about the work they do. Had some bad compressors on a HVAC unit and STA So Cool replaced them both out for a very good price. Also came across some other problems that needed to be taken care of asap!.I would gladly recommend this company to anyone.

Very professional. Came in time and got it done the same day(water heating/radiator heating system installed). It is working nice, and happy with their work.
Gino and his Sta So Cool team provide exceptional service. Very responsive, will to answer my thousands of questions with great detail, no pressure sales, and explains all options. The Sta So Cool team installed a new furnace, AC, humidifier, air filter and air cleaner. They were on time, professional, curteous, and left the area spotless. Gino even flowed up the next day to verify we wwrw satisfied, ans informed us he would return at the change of seasons to again verify we were satisfied with our new AC. Highly recommend

They were professional and did a great job. I really thought I was going to have to buy a new heater but they were able to fix and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. I will be hiring them for all future needs.

I had a great experience with STA SO COOL. My capacitor blew up on my AC unit. I called STA SO COOL and someone came to replace the capacitor within 30 minutes of my initial call. Gino was great! Thank you for the prompt and professional service.
Gino was very responsive/professional and fixed my issue with our old boiler that another company had messed up. They are now my go to HVAC people for maintenance or repair!!
My furnace/AC fan had stopped working. I called at 10:30 this morning, and Gino said he would be here by 2PM. Got a text that he would be getting here early, around 1. He identified the problem, an old capacitor, and replaced it quickly. I would highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC work.
