Darrin is the finest technician I have ever had visit any home in which we have lived. His diagnosis was very thorough, and he clearly spelled out the work he was doing and the next steps that would follow.
I have a mother that is on SSI and does not have alot of money and was trying to help her out since some of the people in the area like to take advantage of the elderly that have issues.Since one of the guys that work for them are right down the road I asked if he does anything on the side..He stated you need to call the main number and set up an appointment cause if Deets found out he could lose his job. Ok no problem will respect that. So I called them to set up an appt. I was rerouted to a guy that asked if I went by the workers place and asked if he did anything on the side. I said yes but out of respect he wanted me to go through the main channel. I was then told " We don't want our business". Why? because I asked the guy that lives around the corner if he does anything on the side. I HAD enough courtesy to respect the workers wishes so he wouldn't get in to any trouble. I never thought Ignorant was one of Deets issues and the guy that I talked to there was that rude. Shame on you and hopefully when you or your family member are older and don't have enough to live on and help them out you will understand.

We replaced our AC unit completely. Sebastian and Mike from Deets removed the old system and installed the new system. Their work was nothing less than professional and efficient. They were considerate and respectful. We would not hesitate to recommend Deets to anyone needing HVAC service or repair.

My home water line was replaced by Deets last week, and I was impressed with the professionalism of everyone who worked on the project. The customer service on the help line was really friendly and helpful, I received a quote in a timely manner, and the project was completed in a day. I will definitely call Deets again in the future!

Our water heater broke late Friday night leaving our carpeted basement soaking wet. After seeing the owner of Deets at my restaurant Saturday morning, I asked if there was any possibility of scheduling someone for Monday. 1 phone call and a matter of minutes later, Austin returned saying a technician and himself would be at my house in 2 hrs to replace it….on a Saturday! He assured me it was not an inconvenience and that it was the right thing to do. Sure enough they were there and worked tirelessly until it was perfect. They were knowledgeable and fabulous to work with. In fact, we asked to book them for 3 more jobs (maybe more in our near future) right then and there! We cannot recommend Deets Mechanical enough. They are definitely community centered, show up when they promise, do a fast and great job and pleasant! What more could you ask for? Thank you Austin and Deets for replacing our tank and saving this fellow business owners sanity!

Highly recommend Deets for residential HVAC work. Installed a mini-split heat pump in our. When dealing with a contractor you get a feel quickly for their experience and what you can expect for future support. Deets was great in all aspects. I highly recommend you call John McCall if you need HVAC service.

Poor communication by three men. I cannot recommend this company. Estimate lacked any details just one line/number. I've worked with much better companies. Tracked mud & dirt. I can only hope they are under better management.
Deets came same day . Went through troubleshooting on steam boiler. And found out and figured out the reason boiler was not working was gas meter broke down and quit working boiler was not getting any gas.called gas company and they changed out the meter. After meter was installed boiler started working. They troubleshooted the gas valve, water level, electrical service, they went through and checked a couple other things and clean the water level sensor.
3 service calls! Had an oil burning furnace, called and scheduled an appointment with Deets to look it over prior to winter, wish I hadn't. First time they came out, the tech skipped steps, resulting in us having to call them a second time where they acknowledged the guy was new and just learning! They didn't charge us luckily but had to call again on a 3rd time within a week due to no heat! Here the tech improperly installed the nozzle! I came home from Thanksgiving to a 43 degree house, so again, called, no answer, left 2 messages. After 2 hours they called back, were rude and very unprofessional! Not worth the $$$. Had another company come out and no problems since, they even showed me where the nozzle was misaligned.
