A few weeks ago on a Friday evening, the condensation line on one of my air conditioners started to leak. I contacted Tom at Air Tech Services via email that night to explain the problem. He came out to my house the very next day to investigate. After his review and in conversation with him it was determined that best course of action would be to replace my AC units as they were 35 years old. He did provide temporary fix initial problem, free of charge, so I could use the AC in the short time it would take for new install to occur. A few days later Tom and his crew came out and smoothly installed the new units on schedule. I would highly recommend Tom for all your HVAC needs as his services are top notch with fair and reasonable prices. He and his crew are true professionals!!!

Air Tech was professional, courteous and trust worthy from the first time we spoke. Tom and his team did not try to overcharge or nickel and dime me and suggested a cheaper solution for my A/C installation which worked out great. My install was done on time and when I needed additional services on my heating system Tom not only answered the phone right away he came out within 2 hours. I will continue to use and recommend Air Tech Services.
I hired Air Tech Services to install an new A/C and heater last summer when my A/C stopped working. At the time, my old heater was working so I told Tommy he could hook the heater up when it wasn’t 136 degrees in my attic. He never came back to hook up the heater even after attempting to schedule the hook up several times. Then my old boiler was struck by lightning and I now had NO HEAT!!!! I impressed on Tommy how critical it was to have the heater hooked up. He came out, took another look at his work, left a new chimney for me to have installed. I hired a roofer, had the chimney installed and attempted to contact Tommy for the heat to be hooked up. He never responded to several texts and voicemails. I was forced to hire a new HVAC Company to finish the job. It cost me an additional $1350!!!!! I already paid for this install once with Air Tech and they just didn’t care. They were already paid for the job and didn’t care that I am a single mother of two young children. Tommy Andris, you are a disgrace!!!!!! I was always impressed with Tommy and his crew but he got too big and doesn’t have the staff to support his growth. If you are looking for an overpriced HVAC contractor who only cares about one thing (the almighty dollar) then hire AIr Tech. If that’s not what you are looking for, keep scrolling. Oh! And by the way, I know for a fact that several of the glowing reviews you read here, are bogus!!! They are friends trying to boost his Google rating.
Tom and team were excellent! I was in a difficult situation and Tom was recommended. Not only do they do too notch work, he is reasonable, prompt, and thorough. Converting from oil to natural gas is a lengthy process and once I hired Tom everything fell into place. I highly recommend and would use again!
Our rental company hired Tom and his crew to replace our boiler. He was perfectly pleasant to work with. My only complaint is that the team didn't clean up after themselves after finishing up for the day. It's a rainy day and now my floor is covered in muddy footprints that I have to mop up. In my opinion it's unprofessional to come into a client's house and not leave it at least as clean as you found it.
I can’t praise this company enough. Tom and his crew are great and did a great job replacing our old system. You can tell Tom takes great pride in his work and customer service and it shows. I called with a small problem on a Monday morning and he was ready to come out in an hour if I was available. It’s not often you come across a company you can’t wait to share with your friends about such a positive experience you had.
Tom is the best in the business! Not only does he show up when he says he will but his prices are reasonable and the work is top notch! Definitely call Tom for all of you HVAC needs.
