Local family owned business. Eric, Brock and Tony have exceeded expectations. Eric took the time to answer all questions about the system we wanted and even when we emailed him he was quick to respond. Estimate was better than the other dozen companies we talked with. Tony and Brock did the installation and these guys were working hard despite it being 90+ outside. Made sure everything was done right and took time to answer and questions we had during installation. Do not hesitate to choose this company for your mini split installation. It will be hard to find a company that will provide you a better experience

I had New Aire Tech replace my heat pump and highly recommend them! They are very professional, honest about their recommendations, and will try to save you money where they can. Also they are very good at answering any questions and explaining how your HVAC system works.
Not heat in zone two of my natural gas furnace. New Aire Tech was able to diagnose the problem quickly me back up and running in the same day!
I needed a whole new HVAC system installed in my home. I decided to go with a mini split system. I contacted various companies for a quote. New Aire Tech came in with a competitive estimate. I had so many questions. What helped me decide on which company to choose was that Eric took the time to explain EVERYTHING. I appreciated that the most! When it came time for the install, Brock and Tony were the best as well. They were not only friendly but clean, worked efficiently and very knowledgeable. The entire team was a pleasure to deal with. I would whole heartedly recommend New Aire Tech!
Fantastic job on our A/C and Heater installation. The guys were quick and efficient. Very down to earth guys with good pricing and great work. Responded to my call on Monday and we're out to replace my entire unit Friday that same week. Appreciate the great work!
New Aire replaced my 42 year old gas furnace and added Central A/C to my 90 year old house. They were very professional, did great work, and were very responsive when I had questions and concerns, going above and beyond. Thanks so much!
There's no other people I will trust my HVAC need to. They are easy to deal with, charge a fair rate, and do top notch work. Tony will do whatever he can to mate sure the job is done right.
Eric and his brothers of new Aire are a wonderful company. we needed ductless air put in right away are portable air conditioners weren't cutting it. so hot and humid in our house.Eric was very professional and on time for first meet. him and his team have been very amazing and professional though this whole process. They very well know what they are doing. anytime we had a question we were able to text and get in answer. no attitude for stupid questions which i felt we asked alot of. we even had a little problem with the some of products not coming in right away. not there fault but the manufacturer they work with didn't have some of the models in. so they were only able to do two of our rooms but man did it make a world of difference on the coolness of our house. we didn't have to make a payment till all the work was done. our house is so comfortable now. not a bit hot. so very satisfied with new Aire would recommend them to anyone.

Third day in use and it already paid for itself as far as I’m concerned, wish I would have known you guy’s 10-years ago, I can’t believe we messed around with window units all those years after you took care of all our issues at a very reasonable cost. Thanks again, you all deserve a 5 star rating! Now we’re going to enjoy today’s 90* weather in the comfort of our home.

New aire tech installed an exhaust fan for me. The worker was punctual, very friendly and explained the product being installed. I am very pleased with their work.
New Aire Tech just finished installing a mini split system in my home. The quality of the work is outstanding. From start to finish they were very easy to work with and very reasonably priced. Tony took time after installation to explain how to work the system as well as necessary maintenance. The work was also finished ahead of schedule! I highly recommend New Aire Tech.
As is always the case our AC went out during the heat wave this year. I can usually get it going myself but unfortunately the compressor gave up the ghost👻. I have known Tony for a long time and knew he was the guy to call. He responded quickly and Eric was able to locate a replacement unit which is not easy at peak season during the pandemic. Tony installed the unit within the week at a fair price and it is now working flawlessly. I highly recommend New Aire Tech for your home mechanical needs.

The guys at New Aire Tech LLC gave me a great deal on a Fujitsu mini-split system for our living room and our bedroom. They came in lower than any other estimates. They were fast and got it done in one day. They came up with an ideal system based on our square footage - 7k BTU for our small bedroom and 12kBTU for our living room. My wife and I couldn't be more happy with the system and the quality of work done by these professionals. Highly recommend!
