Called 3 times, could never speak to anyone, left messages each time. No call back, was completely ignored. I would have appreciated a call, so that I could have moved on
AKS completed an install of a variable speed HVAC system with integrity and professionalism. Upon calling upon the company in reviewing the technical requirements, remediating a prior install to completing the job, the owner's knowledge and involvement was there at every step. His staff was friendly, detailed and knowledgeable which shows their commitment to customers at every level of the company. I recommend AKS Mechanical if your looking for a quality hvac service provider or installer.
Drew was just terrific to deal with. Very responsive and fair. And his team that did the install were also very professional and very nice guys! I highly recommend AKS!
