I was having issues with my furnace and called Service 360 for help. They were extremely nice & professional. I dealt mainly with Jackie Wark and Patty Wojakowski, they are the best! They were so professional, explained things thoroughly, and always responded to any questions I had effectively and efficiently.
Technician arrived early, was courteous and figured out the problem right away. Replacement part was ordered promptly, arrived on schedule and the technician returned the next day with the part to install. Great, no stress experience!

Great experience! I called the office to schedule. Everything was prompt and pleasant. Rick came out to take look at the scope of our project as scheduled. While the project we had wasn’t a good fit, he was courteous, honest, knowledgeable and did a great job explaining to us what needs to be done. He also went above and beyond getting us the contact we could reach out to. Would absolutely reach back out in future!
Issue with furnace not going on

Special thanks to Service 360 Group for their timely and professional response in replacing my Heat Pump System. From the time I placed the call to having a newly installed system was only a couple a weeks. In today's environment, that's pretty amazing. Griff and John, thank you for your professionalism. Great service. I called and they were able to come and see what was wrong the same day. The parts came in that week and my ac is back up and running. Shannon was very professional and able to get me in an earlier appointment and informed me of all the things I needed to do. They will be my go to company from now on.
Quick response and fast reasonable quote. Griff was very easy to communicate with. Griff and the team who came to work on our unit were professional as well. They removed and replaced our Ac unit, condenser, evaporator coil, and put down stone for unit. Highly recommend.
This was my first time using Service 360 Group and I can say everything was absolutely great. It starts with speaking to their customer service rep Shannon. She is a delight and really helped us out. She was able to set up a last minute service dispatch to get our furnace checked since we had no heat. When their service man arrived he was able to fix the problem very quick and educate us on what to do if it were to happen again. Ive called several other business to see if they service in the city and we had no luck but I came across Service 360 Group saw all the great reviews and now I can see they are completely true! I will continue using them for any future maintenance or house upgrades.
