I have used Close Comfort Plumbing Heating & Cooling LLC many times and as recent as today; 6/1/2023; Thursday to replace our kitchen garbage disposal. They have installed and replaced our water heater and installed a utility sink with sump pump in our basement. Also service our heating and air conditing system. There Service; Price; Quality and Customer Service is second to none. I can only give them the highest rating of 5 stars; but in all actuality they deserve a 10 star rating. Carlos and his entire Staff and Company are all Great and talented individuals. Do not even waist your time looking for any other Company that does their Services. Close Comfort Plumbing Heating & Cooling LLC is the top of the industry in what they do. No competition out there at all compared to them. That is a fact!!!! I thank your Company for all you do and how wonderful you Service your Customers and how skilled and talented all your people are.

I needed a new heater and Johnny came out and suggested a combi boiler. I really knew nothing about them so he took the time to explain what they were and why it was the best choice for me. After getting their estimate I called 2 other companies for estimates to see how they compared. Close comfort was the least expensive by far. They scheduled installation Within days. Came when they were supposed to and everybody on their crew were awesome as well. Work was compleated when they said and everything is all good. Thank you Close Comfort
Close Comfort did an awesome job installing my Central Air system. They were very professional, responsive, and affordable. I will be using them in the future for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs.
I recently had Close Comfort install a new A/C system, water softener, and whole house humidifier. Their team was very professional and courteous, Johnny was very knowledgeable and has always been quick to respond to questions and repairs in the past. I highly recommend them.
We had our sewer replaced with pvc pipes at least 10 ft from trap coming towards the house, Carlos and his crew were on time , they told you what was going on every step of the way and most importantly did a awesome job and the prize was also awesome compare to the other 3 estimates we got from other companies ,we would highly recommend!!!! And would use in the near future thank you !!
Reliable, courteous and professional, are just a few of the words I could use to describe this business. We had a faucet leak issue in our home and needed under sink pipe repair, main water valve replacement and new faucet installation. Carlos and his assistant Gary did an amazingly awesome job! I had a heating unit emergency. Carlos came out on a Sunday-Super bowl. Sunday! Assessed the issue and was back with 2 of his men Ed and Johnny At 8:30 the next morning Very courteous. Very professional communication regarding the issue -was precise and clear and the pricing was fair and reasonable they kept the work space clean and contained and finished in an appropriate amount of time. Would highly recommend !!

They installed 2 sinks for me and fixed a leak in the floor. They were quick and extremely professional. I will definitely use them again and refer them anytime someone is in need of a plumber!
I was having issues with my forced air furnace, and of course it was one of the coldest nights of the winter so far. The first place I reached out to couldn’t fit me in for 5 days! I did some online research and found Close Comfort. I made an appointment online. The day before my appointment, I received a text to let me know when a tech would be coming. I appreciated the heads up so I could plan for their visit. Then I also received a text from the tech himself letting me know he was on his way. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. He identified the issue and cleaned and inspected my furnace. Their fees are very reasonable and they are great with communication and making sure the customer is happy. I would recommend Close Comfort to anyone based on my positive experience with them.
The guys did a great job & I highly recommend them! My radiator was punctured by another company during a new flooring installation. Johnny came the next day & repaired the leak so we could turn our heat back on until we could work out the details with the flooring company. The guys were patient but on top of working with the other company to ensure the new unit would be handled. Once the flooring company finally got their act together the guys scheduled the appointment to install the new unit. They were on time & replaced the old unit in no time! They were so respectful of my time & our house. Their work was A1! Thank you for doing such a great job!
Nice people! Great service! They help us replaced all the old water pipes. They are very knowledgeable, fair priced and outstanding craftsmanship. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work or Heating services.
I called them yesterday because my heater wasn't working and they were here today and fixed it. Very friendly and welcoming, I felt very comfortable having them in my home. Will be calling them for anything in the future :)
