Unfortunately, my old system died on the 4th of July. Fortunately, I was already a B&L Ott customer! A great BIG THANK YOU to Fernando, Elliot and Oliver (with special guest appearance by Cody)!!!!! Awesome job removing the old system and completely erecting the new system from scratch! Fast, efficient and diligent... and they completely cleaned up as if they were never here for five hours. Amazing. Well done B&L Ott! Thanks again!
This morning Elliott and Nick started install of our new HVAC unit. And with a host of other fellows completed install in one day. They were all very friendly, polite, and efficient, making the experience seamless and very positive. After install, Elliott explained the operation of the unit and new thermostat. Thanks, guys!
I have been a customer with B&L Ott for around 4 years. I have had a couple issues in the past, but every time they would work with me, and the techs. That came out were nice. But today I had the pleasure of meeting a newer tech. named Jim. He was by far the most attentive to detail, courteous, and, informative technician I have had. As well as an all around pleasant person to talk to. You could tell he really cared about what he was doing as if it was his own home he was working on. It really made me feel reassured to continue business with B&L Ott in the future. So thank you Jim and if I can I will be asking for your services in the future!

Very clean, very polite, on line and professional
Hired them to do a routine duct cleaning and Heat & AC maintenance on an aging system. Suspected it hadn't been done in years and we constantly felt like our allergies were under attack. Our boys (2 years and a 3mo old) were constantly sick with congestion. Price was comparable to other vendors, but back office communication was always prompt and thorough with regards to options and services. The techs arrived on time and ready to work. Very considerate about masking up in our home and even more so determined to work around our infant's nap schedule. The guys made sure we were well informed regarding the state of our system and visually confirmed what was aggravating our allergies. We were on the fence about having the AirScrubber unit installed at the same time as the duct cleaning, but it wasn't even a question once they opened up the evaporator coil box. All that to say, they were professional, courteous, efficient, and well equipped. I'm sure they always have an AirScrubber unit on the truck ready to [and I hate to use this term because it was the opposite of a scare tactic] upsell, but I'm grateful we pulled the trigger. It seemed like there was an immediate improvement in our house's airflow and air quality, and everyone's allergies have calmed down significantly. Very grateful, will continue the yearly maintenance plan with them and likely give them the business with the eventual system replacement. UPDATE: They got the business for the replacement. Still five stars.

This company is GREAT! From beginning to end of the process of having a new AC/Furnace and hot water heater installed they were wonderful! No pressure to buy from them, communication was great and the installers Joe and Oliver were professional and did a great job! Joe had his hands full with the VERY VERY small closet the 2 units go in. Not even sure how he did it. Lol. I can’t recommend this company more! Thank you!
After 36 years, we needed to replace our heat pump and oil furnace. So we decided to clean our vents and ductwork while we were at it. B&L Ott were on time, knowledgeable, professional, and provided excellent service. Would definitely use them again, and recommend to everyone!

We’ve been serviced by B&L Ott for both our homes. Excellent products, extremely knowledgeable sales and service staff. Having a winter/summer service contract pays for itself on a cold Christmas night when the heating system went out. Trust it! It’s worth it. We can’t really think of working with any other HVAC company in the area.

Installers were prepared, courteous and kept the place clean. I also chose B&L Ott because when Tom came out to quote the job, he was thorough and explained everything. I had two other quotes that were a little less but wasn't clear what they were providing and one firm didn't even look at the AC but quoted to replace it. I would highly recommend B&L Ott. Quality product, know the customers needs and execute on time, and professionally.
These guys are great. Worked hard to make sure my furnace is up and running and when a problem occurred they came right out to fix it. Highly recommend them!!
(service was done beginning of November) Needed to tune up my furnace. Upon calling many companies who were booked out until January, I found B&L through a Google search and gave them a call. They were able to come out right away. Turns out my furnace was on its last leg and needed to be replaced. Within a day, someone came and quoted me with a new one and an AC unit while we were at it. With it being a great price, we scheduled the installation in a week because they had everything in stock. The guys who did the installation were very friendly, professional, and proficient. Our house is nice and toasty now. Looking forward to the central air in the summer months too. Would highly recommend B&L to my family and friends!
