I’m a new customer. Frank arrived on time and explained to me everything he did to my heater to get it working. He also explained what I should do to maintain my heater. I have a lot of rental properties and plan to use McGinley for all my HVAC needs.
Our AC stopped working on the holiday weekend and I was afraid we wouldn’t be able to get anyone to come out. With a newborn at home and a 90 degree week ahead, I was certain we were going to have to find somewhere else to stay. Fortunately, when I called McGinely Services, I immediately got a live person who was able to set me up with a same day appt! I was notified via text when our tech Frank was on his way. The text included his picture and background. Frank was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He kept me informed as he was troubleshooting and making repairs. Best of all, our AC was up and running within a few hours! We plan to use McGinely Services for all our maintenance and repairs moving forward!
Loren was very professional and knowledgeable about her work. I would highly recommend McGinley services to anyone needing HVAC service.

Frank scheduled the service only 3 days from our original call. Even though it was a non- emergency, he got to the house pretty quickly. Was able to diagnose the issue within about 15 minutes and spent another 30 minutes or so doing the repair. On top of that, he talked through the 2 options we had for repair, had quotes prepared, and educated me on what was wrong and what was needed to be fixed.
We've been using McGinley since we bought our home a few years ago. They have always been prompt, professional, and never tried to sell us on things we didn't actually need. We had a clog in our ac unit and Frank was able to have Brent and Loren come out within 24 hours to fix our unit. We have had nothing but positive experiences with this company and reccomend them to all our family, friends, and neighbors.
Loren was wonderful! She was timely, friendly, informative, and patient with us during her explanation on the issue with our HVAC. They went out of their way to explain what was going on with our HVAC as well as fixing the issue immediately. They were also a better priced same day service than nearby options! Highly recommend Loren and McGinley services!
Frank McGinley is an outstanding hvac craftsman and gentleman. I would wholeheartedly recommend his company. Joe and Lauren are a great team. The split unit is a fine choice.

Bobby was our technician, we will definitely use him again, and look forward to recommending him/McGinleys to family and friends. Text messages kept us up to date with timeframes and who our technician was (photo/professional background). Bobby arrived on time, in an easy to identify company vehicle, and was respectful to our house and family. He inspected our AC units, made recommendations that worked for our budget, and completed the job that day. He also helped us begin to plan for future needs for our aging AC unit. We are very happy with our experience, and would highly recommend him!
