Scott from Cornerstone is a fair-minded professional. My ac stopped working during one of the most humid days of the summer season. I emailed him on Saturday night and by 9 am he messaged back that he could come before days end on SUNDAY! He charged his normal $79.00 visit charge and minutes later had me up and running! I will highly recommend this company for anyone’s HVAC needs. Thanks again for your professionalism and affordability.
I am extremely pleased with the service and quality and prices with Cornerstone HVAC. They did a great job with the installation of my system. When there was a small problem they were right there to get it back to peak performance. I highly recommend them.
Our air conditioner was not blowing cold air. Scott was able to fix the problem while other companies insisted that we replace everything. He was timely, customer focused, and offered an honest price! Highly recommend!

Scott and Jordan came the same week and had our 19.1 SEER efficient heatpump with 3 minisplit units installed very promptly. Thank you for your service and for getting extra parts we needed! Your integrity and service is highly appreciated! 01-23-2023 Another great service. Saved me $15,487 from another predatory large HVAC provider who lied to scare us into a new system. Scott and Jordan used their high end testing tools to confirm there are no cracks in our heat exchanger and the oxygen and carbon monoxide levels in the exhaust are correct and no air flow differences in the exhaust when the blower fan turns on.
Scott and his son did an excellent job replacing my failed Heat Pump outside unit and inside air handler. Scott is professional, courteous, and extremely focused on customer satisfaction. He will not pressure you into something you don't need and will communicate every option to you in detail. Most importantly, he's honest. If he tells you it needs X, Y, and Z, you can trust it's the truth, and that's a rare thing to find these days. Ethical operation and extremely fair prices. Would recommend in a heart beat.
Can't say enough about Scott and Cornerstone HVAC. I called Cornerstone years ago for a pilot light that wasn't lighting. Scott came right out, diagnosed and replaced. His communication and honesty through the process was very much appreciated. Since then I have called Scott for several other scenarios including a complete installation of a new furnace in our new home. He has upgraded our thermostats to WiFi units. Most recently he took the time to help diagnose a regulator problem during the Holidays. Scott's communication, straight forward, honest, reliable approach is a blessing. My family and I are thankful that years ago, you were the first person to answer the call.
We had our heat pump, air handler, and thermostat replaced by Cornerstone. Scott was a pleasure to work with from estimate to job completion. Completely satisfied.
I initially called Cornerstone HVAC for a second opinion that another company gave me for an entire new HVAC system. Scott first called me and I expressed my concerns on how I thought the cost of this other company was a bit absurd. He was gracious enough to come out, SAME DAY to see if in fact the repairs they said I needed existed. I'm SO happy he came, come to find out the other company was lying about most of which they told me was wrong with my HVAC. Had they actually went assessed the heater they said they did, they would have seen a dead mouse that was hanging on some wire inside the heater. Also, this other company mentioned that my AC compressor was failed, which Scott determined was not. All in all Scott saved us about 14k that this company was going to charge us. I was so grateful to Scott and even wanted to pay him for coming out but he declined a payment. He's honest, friendly, punctual and has integrity. I am appreciative to him and would never go elsewhere.
What a difference Scott was from the big name company that we called first. They came out and charged us $700 to install parts and leave without fixing the problem. We called Cornerstone on a Saturday afternoon and Scott came out, figured out what was wrong in 20-30 minutes. Unfortunately they were too busy to get the parts and fix the problem, but I would definitely use them in the future. Sat there and told me what to expect, and pay for what was needed. A service he was not going to perform! Then he said he was sorry he did not have the time to fix it for me and said no charge. You do not find that kind of service these days! Go with Cornerstone!
I would just like to say wow! Today Scott literally saved me $1000. I was quoted from another company around $1200, also claiming I needed other services. Since this is not my first experience with Scott, I trust his opinion and expertise. My final bill from Scott was right around $200. I owe him a gratitude for saving me and my family that much money. Not to mention he had a big job today and came at the end of his day and got my air conditioning working again in about 15 minutes. It’s hard these days to find people you trust to come into your home and do good work at a fair price. Well Scott is an exception to that rule. I highly recommend Scott at Cornerstone HVAC, LLC.

Scott was great every step of the way. I had Cornerstone replace my AC/Furnace. I'm newer to the area and I didn't have a trusted recommendation for an HVAC company, and considering you always hear about shady HVAC guys I was really stressed choosing who to go with. Scott gave me a great vibe - he was knowledgeable, didn't pressure for anything, and took time answering every question I had. I got a few estimates and gained confidence in using Cornerstone after speaking to a few other companies. I called because of his 5.0 rating, felt good when speaking with him, and his price was very fair. Glad I chose Cornerstone!
Cornerstone HVAC was recommended by a friend so we used them. The owner Scott and his son Jordan we’re excellent. They came out within the hour of calling, diagnosed and temporarily fixed the issue so we could use the heater until the part comes in. He charges a fair price and is a no BS kind of guy. He also showed me the in’s and out’s of the unit as well as the home humidifier and showed me how to troubleshoot in the future. I would absolutely recommend them for any HVAC work.
It is Sunday and I was checking reviews for HVAC service. I had five companies and slowly whittled them down until I was left with Cornerstone HVAC LLC. I filled out the online forms and gave them the make, model and serial numbers. I expected a response on Monday. No, no, no that's not how they operate. I received an email approximately fifteen minutes later. They explained that the heater that we have would be not as familiar to them and recommended another company who, by the way, answered my call and they assured me that they will be here tomorrow at 8am. Now, that's service.
Scott and his son are TOP NOTCH !!! I couldn't be happier. They did exactly what they said they would do! I called scott for a new heat/ air system in my office. Within 10 minutes of meeting him I gave him a 50% deposit and he went to work ordering the system. they Installed it today and everything went smooth as silk. GIVE THEM A CALL! you will not be disappointed !
Scott responded to my call immediately. My furnace needed a new part, however because it was old & not efficient, I asked Scott for information on replacing the furnace & A/C. His pricing was very good & he educated me regarding my options without ever trying to sell me. I decided to replace everything & I added an air scrubber. I'm very happy with Scott's service & professionalism. I highly recommend Cornerstone HVAC!
