Jarrad and Gary were just GREAT !!! I had AC maintenance. They worked well together and were entirely very, very Professional. Cleaned everything including the outside compressor. I would definitely ask for them in the Fall for furnace cleaning. Robert Gielas

As of recently, I have neglected getting things fixed because of inadequate, unprofessional service that I have received -not just from repair companies, but also contractors. Because I have a disability, it appears that it gives some people a written greenlight to take financial advantage of me. or just to do subservient work!! (I have PTSD from multiple head injuries due to domestic violence.) but at WOODRUFF AND SMITH This is not the case !!! When Jared came to my home -of 40 years- this past week and fixed our AC condensation pump- It was a delightful and unexpected experience! - and one that I will not forget!! When there is an issue with my heating or cooling system-or to get maintenance to prevent future problems-, they are the company I will call!!! Thief prices are MORE than fair ! And like you get used to your own PCP and request them at an appointment I can request Jared !! Jarrad’s conduct was a breath of fresh air.!. After I placed my call at after 9 PM, they promptly returned my call before 9 AM the next morning!!! The young technician- Jarrad- was quick and knowledgeable!! His conduct was highly professional. After I explained my disability to him -he was so courteous!! kindly asking if my daughter would like to be in the room that we might review the issue and how he would fix it!!! The company is honest and upright, and I would recommend them to everyone!! Everyone that would want to be treated with respect -to be treated fairly -and not taken advantage of! Austin and Gary did a great job. Answered my questions. Excellent clean up of jobsite. Furnace and AC run quiet. Will know more about equipment with use.

Jared & Gary arrived on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Jared was forth coming in regards to my concerns and addressed the issues with our furnace. Our boxer enjoyed their visit too.
All good liked tech. I didn’t catch if A/C required charging. There is a small panel left off on the A/C outside power box. I think. I left it on the box. I’ll send a pic when I get home . If you want
