I had Bill for over 20 years. Called him this year and he will not return any of my phone calls or let me know why he won't service my furnace anymore. Always said I was one of his best customers because I faithfully had my furnace serviced every year. Can't figure out want went wrong with him. Ask his helper to have him call me and let me know what the problem was. Never heard anything. Wish he would have enough courage to return my calls and let me know what the trouble is. He did call once and said he would be out when he was in the area --- that was back in February.
I have used Bill for about 30 years. Honest, fair and gives good advice. Whole heartedly endorse him.

Great service! I had a pretty complicated problem with my AC, they told me exactly what I needed to do, and then they got it fixed in two days. Will definitely use them in the future
