Saved the day when our furnace motor stopped working the day after Christmas. Happy to have heat again
5/5 stars. Being a first time home owner, they take the time to explain what happened and answer any questions. They have fair pricing and quality work. I can't recommended them enough. I called early in the morning and within an hour a technician was here to help get my heat back up and running.
I'm a new homeowner, and admittedly nowhere close to knowledgable about HVAC. However, we just turned on our heating for the first time since moving in, and noticed an odd sound every 15 minutes or so. I found Ted Thompson and gave them a call, they had someone over right away, and let me know exactly what the issue was (it was not an actual issue, I was just overly concerned 😅). Will definitely be giving them a call whenever I have a real issue!
From start to finish very honest and well priced. Not SELLING like most companies. Exponentially better than expected. Recommend for HVAC systems- we have a boiler. Fixed what was needed and was in and out. 5 stars. Will use again.
The workers were thorough and focused on the job to make sure the AC and furnace were charged and clean.

Fast and reliable!
Called Ted Thompson at 8:00 AM and they were here by 11:00 AM. A/C stopped blowing cold air, Rob quickly diagnosed the issue and got us all set up and working again. 100% satisfied and so glad I found a local company that I will call anytime I’m having issues.
Called for a problem I was having. They got someone out as soon as possible. Seem like good people, both the woman that I talked to on the phone and the guy who came were very nice and helpful. Will call them again any time I need any heating or cooling service.
When I lived out of state and rented out my condo my property manager used Ted Thompson Heating and Cooling. When I moved back I continued to use them because they were consistently reliable and prompt. Tammy is responsive, efficient and truly cares about taking care of her customers. The technician Rob is the best. He is on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He explains what the problem was and what was done to fix it. The prices are reasonable/fair. My mom uses them too and we won't call anyone else!! I highly recommend them!!
A professional job on a brand new heating installation from start to finish. I highly recommend them and friends who I referred were very pleased with their service. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and spend the time to explain everything. I am not one to write google reviews but this family owned business is worthy of my first google review ever.

Reasonable and reliable
I've used TT in the past for everything from installations, to repairs, to routine service. My furnace was installed by them 8 years ago, and this year a part failed. They were quick to get someone out here, the price for labor and replacement was more than fair, and the customer service was great.
I bought a home that this company installed a system at in 2015. The owner left me the receipt for warranty purposes. I am a HVAC contractor as my profession. The price of the install was good the manufacture of the equipment Amana is ok but the install it’s self was sloppy. Things I have had to fix so far. * Complete install of humidifier, wires were never connected and humidifier wasn’t mounted securely. * Glue intake piping. ( Piping fell apart at the furnace) *Back fall in the wrong direction on exhaust piping at furnace creating condensation belly in PVC piping. * Condenser is out of level on exterior and set on dirt with no pad. * Refrigerant charge based of sub cooling was off an had to be adjusted. These items should not have to be completed/repaired or redone of a system installed within 5 years. A homeowner without a background in the HVAC industry would not have the knowledge to know if this stuff is completed correctly. I understand that the owner may not be completing these installs and he/she may have employees that do this. I am suggesting the owner completes a quality control check list when ever the install is complete for the sake of their reputation as an HVAC contractor. I upgraded my 1 star to a 3 star because: Though i have made the repairs, the owner did respond with concerns and requesting further information. Shows character of business willing to investigate and rectify issues.

This company did an outstanding emergency furnace installation for me. They are responsive, fast and so easy to work with. Customer service is excellent, this company wants to take care of their customers! They were recommended by two of my friends, and I’m happy with my decision to contact them.
We received excellent service from this company. Rob, our technician, was on time, professional, and efficient. Prices were reasonable as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or refer them to friends and family.
