My a/c decided to stop working right in time for the 85/90 degree temps this week. I contacted Supreme Heating and Cooling and spoke with Derrick. From the beginning Derrick was very professional, explaining the process step by step, and I was so amazed I was able to get a same day appointment after the holiday!! Derrick was very knowledgeable about the issue and I appreciate that he was very upfront and honest about what possibly needed to be done, the possible options and the associated costs. Derrick was able to quickly diagnose and correct the issue and kept me informed each step of the way. I'm so thankful! Thank you for the prompt, honest, professional service!
I couldn’t be happier with the team from Superior Heating and Air. They were friendly and professional. They gave me a quote to replace my AC unit and were out to install it within a few days. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
Came to my home for a service call charged over 100 dollars never checked anything and just tried to sell me a new unit Avoid at all costs

Amazing! Really came through when I was in a bind, and even hooked me up with a discount! My 20+ year old furnace died right before Thanksgiving, and they came through when other competitors said I had to wait until after Thanksgiving without heat during freezing temperatures. Installation was flawless, and everyone was very helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. I will go to these guys always in the future from now on. Thank you so much! Much appreciated! EDIT: Had to replace my 20+ year old A/C unit in early May as it was on the fritters. Service was fantastic and installed the new A/C in less than a day (very affordable as well)! Love these guys! Everyone is so friendly and I could tell they just want the best for their customers. New A/C has been running fantastic and have seen some major energy savings on my electric bill as well. Great job! Will continue to recommend Supreme Heating and Cooling to all my friends and family.

I've been a homeowner for 30 years in two states and have experienced relationships with many different contractors over the years. I have never been more impressed with a company as I was with Supreme Heating and Cooling. We discovered on a Thursday afternoon that our AC wasn't working. I called Supreme at 8 am Friday and they arrived, on time, within 2 hours. Every step of the way they maintained excellent communication via text and email to let me know what I needed to know. They sent a young man named Anthony and he was affable and knowledgeable. He LISTENED to us! He analyzed the problem quickly and fixed it within the hour, despite the fact that our unit is placed very unfortunately up against our privacy fence, forcing him to contort around the unit. He even showed my husband how to clean the exterior AC unit for better efficiency and cost savings! Keep doing what you're doing and you'll keep us as customers as long as we live here.

To say they are supreme it's an understatement. I first called them on a Sunday night, around 11:00 pm. I was surprised when someone answered (I soon learned he was Derrick Lee, the owner). Not only did he answer at this ungodly hour, but he was pleasant, polite, and accommodating. After explaining my issues with my AC, we agreed someone would stop by my house in less than 48 hours or the following Tuesday morning, between 10:00 and 11:00 am. Tuesday morning, at 09:55 am, Anthony came to my house. He drove for approximately 45 minutes to get to me and made it on time. Much like Derrick, he too was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I proceeded to show up the disaster I had going on in my basement that no normal human can make sense out of and he figured the problem before I even turned on the AC all the way. Still, to confirm it was in fact a bad motor and fan, he opened it and showed me some screws that had fallen off the fan since the last repair. (I am seriously considering writing the name of the previous company who didn't even want to come back and look at what they had fixed just a few months back without charging me a fee). So, Anthony proceeds to explain how the motor would need to be changed, the fan and once I asked how many thousands would it set me back, he also took a look at the furnace which was over 20 years old and was bound to give up sooner rather than later. He told me he wouldn't invest so much in the AC part when the furnace part is bound to stop working in the next few months. Still, he would definitely provide me with some quotes for the repair with the parts as well as completely new systems. By now I was terrified of how would I ever be able to afford this. Well, if there's a will, there's a way! Much like every other review explains, they do work with you to help you; it would genuinely be impossible to get mad at anyone of them or argue with them. They know their jobs extremely well and unlike everyone else, they're not the

We were looking for a new provider to service our heat pump system (A/C check in summer, heat check in winter) as the installer has been difficult to schedule lately. Supreme Heating & Cooling were easy to work with and quick to get us on the calendar. Anthony was professional and efficient in checking the system over, and fixed one (very minor) issue that he observed. 100% using again for the heating check later this year, and ongoing from there.
We worked with Derrick. He was very professional and honest and straight forward. The very day I called, he came out to my home to see what we were dealing with. He made me aware of the issues, and gave me all my options. We decided to just replace the old unit. He made the appointment with me, and not only did he show up on time, but he was 10 min early. He walked with me and told me exactly what they would be doing today, and even offered to move the location of the unit to a more centralized spot. His prices were more than fair, and the work was high quality. My house is cool, and we are happy. Thank you to Derrick and the crew with Supreme Heating & Cooling, for the exceptional service. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for help with their HVAC. Update: 5/12/23 Anthony was here for my spring maintenance!! Professional, efficient!! Just an excellent company to work with!!
I had a routine checkup for my furnace that was recently installed. they did a great job installing it. During this visit, Anthony checked my ac unit too! It was dirty, so he cleaned it for me with my hose. He was so knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his trade. Anthony was super friendly too. I'm definitely going to be a returning customer!
