I got halfway through a job installing my own Google Nest Thermostat when I hit a snag with it not getting power. I checked every option the internet could tell me and luckily I was able to find Jack and Phillips Heating & Air Conditioning. Jack swung by and helped me troubleshoot the issue, noting things to remember (for me a first time homeowner) and things that may not have been done "normally" like wire colors and where they go to. Overall it took us about an hour of working through the issue, but we found that I... genius that I am... didn't shut off the HVAC directly so I blew a fuse while installing the unit. One quick fuse exchange later, I am up and running and will be bragging to my loved ones how I (me myself, with no help of anyone else) installed the Nest unit all on my own. Knowing fully well I couldn't have done it without them. Thank you Jack, and you bet I'll be seeing you soon to go over some of the other items I should be maintaining as a new homeowner!
From the home visit for the estimate to the install everything went as planned. The employees were all on time and friendly and answered my questions. They were able to work to get me a better price as well. Haven't ran the unit yet but the install is neat and when test running it it worked well. I was happy with my initial experience with this company.
Incredible job with responsiveness. HVAC technician came out within a few hours and fixed my issue.
My mother's furnace was blowing cold air and Phillips was able to come out the same day and fix everything. Very happy with the service and would use them again.

Never called back. We had an emergency over the Christmas weekend. Called and left a message but no response. I get it though, they were probably inundated with last minute requests
I am VERY pleased with Phillips. I have a Weil McLain Ultra boiler and I have a hard time finding someone that knows them and how to do maintenance on them. Over the years I have had the company that installed it and four others here to work on it. Each time I feel like I am teaching them how it works and telling them what needs to be done. This year it was not keeping up with the heat demand and one company said I needed a new one without any trouble shooting. I called Phillips since they are listed on Weil McLain's site and not only did they not quote me two to three weeks out like so many companies are now, they got here the same day! Bob, the tech they sent listened to me. He spent a few hours here and trouble shot the boiler and found a few things to tweak. He also stated he wanted to do a maintenance kit (clean the heat exchange) I agreed with him. The parts took a few days and with Thanksgiving in there they came back out today. Bob came in prepared with what he needed but more importantly he has the knowledge and skill to do it right. When he opened it up it was clear it had not been cleaned correctly less than 2 years ago by a competitor. Bob spent a lot of time making sure it was cleaned well and it was far harder than it should have been, had it been done correctly last time. The boiler now gets as hot as it did when it was new. Bob did an amazing job, is knowledgeable, a hard worker and all around a good guy! If you have a Weil McLain Ultra boiler do yourself a favor save your time and money and call Phillips they know how to take care of it. I assure you no one else will ever touch my boiler again. I have also recommended Phillips/Bob to my family. Thank you again for saving me from a new system that would have cost thousands of dollars and being knowable and honest. I only wish I could give you a few bonus stars!
I called because my furnace wasn’t working and they came over the same day and fixed it for a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend.

Marion did a thorough job checking our 2 HVAC systems. She told us everything she did, what we needed, and finished the job timely. Phillips techs have always done a great job for us!

We bought our replacement air conditioner from Phillips several years ago now and they have always been great to work with. The unit works great and we haven’t had any problems. They do a yearly inspection to maintain the warranty which is always easy to schedule. Their technicians have also been very friendly and helpful if we have any questions.

After another HVAC company created some problems (where there had been none previously) that left me without AC during the hottest days of summer, I reached out to Phillips who had done some HVAC maintenance for us in the past. A technician arrived the same day(!), diagnosed, and solved the problem. I will never use anyone else again. Live and learn.
Scheduled work for a broken AC. Russ had us scheduled and the Tech ( Bob V.) found the problem and repaired it explaining work completed along with parts required. He was professional and courteous. Work area was cleaned at the end of the visit and all questions were answered. I would recommend Phillips Heating and AC. Bill M.
My air conditioner conked out during the hottest days of the summer. I called Phillips and they told me a technician would be out at noon. I got a couple text messages telling me the tech was on the way and at noon, the tech arrived. She was here no more than a half hour and had the problem diagnosed and repaired in that time. The compressor was the culprit. She explained everything in a way that I understood and without condescension.
