Fast, efficient and friendly! Justice was our tech and he had the cold air blowing again after maybe 15 mins. The price was very reasonable as well.

-3 outside temperature, wind chill -28-35 below zero . Furnace froze up . Called 8 different Heating companies to fix , They say No one available. Metro answered and called back numerous times . It took 28 hours , but JENN from Metro gets 5 Stars and Metro ServiceTechn gets 6 Stars . Thank God Please If Not Happy Call METRO HEATING on Banksville road . Thank You Again Randy & Lynn 😎♥️
The lady that answers their phone has a horrible attitude. Get it together, talk to people with respect.
prices are high for the area. not sure why so many reviews say otherwise - maybe they changed their pricing structure recently. but YIKES. Update to respond to Metro comment: I paid $99 for a diagnosis, and the diagnosis did not actually catch the full issue, so you did a fix the first time, the place was still cold, and then you had to come back a second time. But you charged me in full twice, despite the need for two trips being your error, at high prices both times. It wound up being $2000 + the diagnosis fee for you to fix valves for two radiators.
Excellent work by super-kind guys! They were at my house all week and were friendly, thoughtful and nice to my cat (who mostly hid.) They were clean and efficient, and arrived each day on time.
Kevin and Just Us from Metro Heating & Cooling performed my annual A/C maintenance recently. They were both knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They took the time to answer my questions and explain. I was very pleased with the service they provided.
I am very happy with this company. We have used them for 11 years to service our furnace and air conditioner. We have them check our units each year. This year, we had an issue with our AC and they came within 2 hours. We decided to replaced both AC and furnace, they were over 17 years old. They sent someone out to us the next day (Friday) and we received their quotes via email. My husband and I decided which one we were going with and they were here on Monday to install new units. He told me after he was here for awhile that he would not be able to run all the checks on AC cause of weather. I said why would they schedule for you to come if your not able to do your job he replied I have NO idea. So they took 90 DID NOT TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG AND LEFT ME NO WORK ORDER!! I am stopping payment and also reporting these crooks!!!
These guys are really great. I had a tankless water heater and a steam humidifier installed. The tankless water heater is awesome and the steam humidifier works wonderfully. I could not be happier. Thank You
I am only giving them 2 stars because we had an emergency and had to call at 8:30 pm on Sunday due to our furnace not kicking on and I have a handicap mother that lives with me and can't not have heat. The gentlemen that came that night was nice however just said it should be okay for now, needed a good cleaning and we paid a pretty high price for the visit due to after hours which is understood. But that was not the issue, the customer service woman called the next day after we had to call again to state the furnace is still not working the women on the phone was really did not want to believe what I said and noted she would call my husband and or have the gentlemen that came that prior night call and NO ONE CALLED which is why I gave 2 stars poor customer service and also the women was trying to tell me a conversation took place that did not that evening. In any event we called another Heating company and getting our finance fixed and they are on the ball with great customer service and fix guarantee comes with the service as well! This was just not a good response to not call the customer back.
Edit: several years later we decided to replace our whole HVAC system. Metro quoted a fair price & did a great install. Happy (warm) customer. Original Review: Fantastic customer experience. Highly recommend. Despite the terrible roads, John made it to our house & fixed the problem quickly. Scheduling was easy and response time was fast. Also they charged a fair price. Thank you!
Metro was great. John quickly identified the issue with our furnace and fixed it. Luckily it was minor. He even took the time to explain what was wrong and show me how to fix it myself if it happens again. They might miss out on one small job with that, but they will get every other call. No reason to look to anyone else.
Wonderful experience with Metro. Jack and Taylor were professional, educational, informative, and were a pleasure to work with. Because of these 2 and Brady we will continue to use metro for future issues.
A serviceman from Metro recently came to my 90 year old mother's house as they have done twice a year for 20+ years to check her system and told her that her air conditioning needed replaced and that it would cost $10,000.00! I have had a new Trane furnace and air conditioner replaced in a house twice the size of her's for a hell of a lot less! Metro must be like so many other companies in this field that pray on the elderly to take advantage of them! That is sad. Oh! and for the record, I had the company that I use, do a service call to her house and was told that the units were in great condition and there was no reason at all to believe they would need replaced any time soon. Obviously we will never again use Metro Heating and Cooling.
After realizing our AC wasn't working about 11am, we called Metro. The technician arrived around 1pm diagnosed the problem and put in the new part. Jeff the tech was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We've used Metro before and continue to be pleased with their service. We definitely recommend them.

Metro installed a replacement air conditioner for our landlord last week. They were extremely professional beginning with their sales rep that came to our home to provide an assessment. The scheduler actually moved the install ahead by 5 days. The installers were very efficient and cleaned up everything. There was nothing left behind and the install was nicely done. We thank them.
Metro responded quickly when my boiler went out (within 2 hours) and the technician, Jeff, was knowledgeable and explained as he went on the repair. The price was fair and I was overall satisfied with the experience. Would recommend to others.
