Mike / MS Bearer is the best! came out on the SAME DAY on 2 separate occasions to fix a furnace and replace thermostat. on time, fast, efficient, explained what was going on and also has a sense of humor! very appreciated since i know MS Bearer is really busy with folks turning their furnaces on. highly recommend! thanks Mike!

I called and Mike Bearer came within a half hour last Sunday when it was freezing and the temperature inside my home was 56drgree. He fixed it within 15 minutes and was very efficient. He had the part on his truck. Very, very Very happy with MSBearer and highly recommend

Mike is amazing. Our old 18-year-old furnace was having lots of issues and Mike responded quickly and came to help us figure out the issue. Eventually we needed to replace the furnace which he gave us a fantastic price for. He came on a weekend and assessed the new furnace we needed and installed it the next Monday. We called him on Valentine's day when our new thermostat wasn't working and he called back in less than 2 hours and walked us through a fix. We will be calling Mike with any furnace issues in the future and HIGHLY recommend MS Bearer to anyone who need help with heat!

I wouldn't want anyone but Mike working on my heating and Ac needs. Had a new furnace and ac unit installed last spring. Quick and efficient installation. And quick follow up service. Grade A plus!
My landlord paid for a service visit and nothing was fixed. Left my front door wide open and all the lights on. A.C. continued having issues and now is not functional. Scheduled follow up visits have not been followed through with. Poor experience all the way around.
i have had a lot of problems resulting from work done by previous contractors. My air conditioner kept freezing. I was worried it would be really expensive. Nope. This guy was really smart and knowledgeable and fixed it quickly. I feel so much better and I know my ac will work this summer!
Mike made a special effort to stop at the end of the day on a Friday, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and now I'm able to get some needed AC on a very hot day! Great attitude professional and fast service! Thanks Mike!
When it comes to customer service, responsiveness and very competitive prices, it is hard to beat M.S. Bearer Heating & Cooling. Mike Bearer has grown his business and built a culture that most service companies can't imagine. When you call them winter or summer, morning or late night - they either answer or call you back within minutes not hours or days. That's rare for most all service organizations. We did not have a good experience working with Mike. In our opinion and the opinion of other experts he made an installation mistake and would not accept or stand by his work. He would not accept responsibility for his error blaming everyone but himself. The whole experience was costly and stressful . Our entire experience with Mike was very disappointing.
Mike Bearer installed my entire system in May of 1993, back when he was first getting started. I got his name from someone I trusted, and it was some of the best advice I've ever received. He put in a new furnace, a new A/C unit, all new duct work and added many cold air returns. The high-efficiency furnace replaced a 1948 Janitrol that took up half of my basement! In the twenty years since that time, he's always been prompt and careful about his work. It's good to know someone that cares about their craft, and Mike is that guy. I've recommended him through the years to co-workers and neighbors and have never heard anything negative back.
