I cannot say enough good things about this company. After dealing with 2 different companies who were not able to get the blower motor for my Comfort Maker heat pump air handler I called JDC. They were able to acquire the part in less than a week and fix everything. I worked with Josh who is so professional and kind. He also diagnosed an additional problem with our breaker switch and fixed that. He also made sure the filters were correct and installed a part that was left off from an earlier service with another company. Josh's communication with me was top notch, including taking a call from me on a Saturday. Additionally there were several post repair communications to make sure things were going well. I know this is the company that I will be using to maintain my system in the future. Do not hesitate to call them for your HVAC maintenence and repairs. If it is a heat pump issue ask for Josh. He really understands them as he has one himself.
The ancient+ main heat source in my commerical kitchen was a goner. Josh was patient and knowledgeable; he gave us an honest price and options for repairs, replacement+payment. This company was diligent locating a part that I thought was going to be impossible to find. Josh is an excellent and forthright communicator. Josh showed up when he said he would. Finished the job (quietly). Explained what was wrong. And scheduled us for our follow up maintenance in the spring. Super helpful as a business owner to be able to rely on a company like this.
Prices were straight forward and good customer service. The techs were quick, efficient, and courteous. Taking care to take off their shoes and not run tubes all over. The before and after images were remarkable and the clean ducks made the world of a difference in my system.
Josh was super helpful and transparent throughout our furnace maintenance process. We just recently purchased our home & weren’t 100% sure what our system needed, but he set us at ease with a few repairs, showed us how to use our thermostat, & gave us some great advice for the future! JDC is the most helpful reliable home service provider I have ever dealt with honestly. You can shoot them a text and they will be at your home within a day. They also give helpful reasonable advice and don’t try to “sell” you things you don’t need. It’s always a very friendly experience dealing with JDC :)
