Our technician was professional and courteous. He explained everything he was doing and fixed our AC quickly and without any unnecessary services. We will definitely be using Impact for all of our HVAC needs going forward.
Tony, and his team at IMPACT HVAC are extremely reliable, honest, and efficient. I first found IMPACT HVAC several years back in the fall when it was time to get the furance checked for the winter season. They were running a promotion where if you donated a brand new toy to their Christmas toy drive for charity, then the furnace check was free. I looked into it further and quickly realized that IMPACT HVAC is a company that thrives on community involvement and wanting to make difference in others lives. For that reason, I gave them a call. Very fortunate that I did as I have used IMPACT going forward any time I have an HVAC problem. Their customer service is great! Highly recommend their company and will continue to use them long term!
We love everyone at Impact. They we just here for an issue with our humidifier.Told us what the problem was and what's needed to fix it. Parts will be ordered and it will be fixed next week. Thank you Tony for being a great human.
