In need of a bolt that they didn't have at the hardware store and didn't want to pay the price to get it at the dealership- store was closing but called the main store and they messaged the local store that I was 5 to 10 minutes out and they stayed open for me to get what I needed. They always are able to get me what I need quickly. The staff at the location that I deal with are great.
VERY friendly and helpful staff. Had most of what I needed. The only part they didn't have was extremely rare (something I didn't even know the name of). They were able to identify the part, so at least now I know how to search for it.
Overpriced. Sales staff has limited technicolor knowledge, all they know is how you use a catalog.

Needed an order ASAP, was told it would be available Thursday after 2:00. Went there on Thursday - BECAUSE YOU CAN'T ACTUALLY CALL THE BRANCH AND ASK ABOUT STATUS - and was told that it would be a day late and blamed FedEx for never delivering on time. Friday, I am leaving town, but willing to leave late if I could pick up this order, however - YOU CAN'T CALL THE Fing BRANCH TO ASK ABOUT IT. 1-800 number is completely useless. 1-Star because you can't call the branch. You know, you don't buy from Grainger because they have great prices - they don't. You buy as a last resort because you need something NOW and nobody else has it.
Covid one at a time service. Still friendly and helpful. Try to incorporate more time for your visit.
I placed an order on Tuesday and they said that it would be ready by 11:00 on Wednesday. It's now 2:46 on Wednesday and and my order still isn't ready. We'll see how tomorrow goes.
Very helpful. I dont know the name of the gentleman that helped me but he took his time and got me all the info I was looking for. Even printed out a booklet for the machine I was trying to fix. Great customer service!!!

I stopped in to see if they had what I was looking for, and the people there, were very ignorant. I will never go back there. That's how you lose customers.
Staff is wonderful and Knowledgeable. Find anything you need.
In general I think Grainger products are overpriced but they do have a large inventory of hard-to-find items. Customer service does have some room for improvement but often times customers need assistance researching what it is they need. This can be time intensive for in-store customer service. I would highly recommend calling the customer service line since it would probably be quicker for researching parts.
This place takes forever. most people shopping there are paid by the hour so they dont care but it takes me normally over a half hour even when im picking up a online order.
