I've been trying for over a month to get them to return a phone call regarding a bill. There are also supposed to do some additional work on an HVAC unit they installed. Have been calling for over a month and no one has returned my call yet. Very disappointed. Previously I would have given them a hundred on customer service, now it's a zero. Very very disappointed. My parents and I have used them for decades. What has happened?
Have used Gery Heating & Cooling for maintenance yearly as well as for fixing problems and they are always professional and very fairly priced! Highly recommend!
Very professional and timely service. Courteous and knowledgeable team came out to perform annual maintenance on our boiler and overall hot water heating system. Highly recommended!

Wow we are so thankful for Gery Heating. I had a problem with our furnace that another HVAC place could not find the issue and I paid a hefty service fee. I thought I better try a new place! Well I found these folks thru the nextdoor website. A great technician (Dave) came out last night and immediately found the issue! A loose wire!! The other folks were thinking of changing the master control board for a few HUNDRED dollars. Ironically the loose wire that Dave found was ON the master control board. Happy and so glad we called Gery Heating!!! We are committed customers now!
They came the same day we called. Everyone was kind and personable. They fixed the problem quickly and gave me a thorough explanation. They are very reasonably priced, too.
Called these guys for a fall furnace tune up. 2 guys showed up, were down my basement for an hour, and charged me 99 bucks. One guy said that they had cleaned the burners as part of the service. Long story short the furnace never worked right as I had to call someone in who actually knew how to service a gas furnace. The problem was "TADAAAA....Dirty burners!! Look elsewhere, these guys are a joke , and not good at what they do.
Great service with this company. I had a furnace cleaning today and I had some issues with my furnace. They showed my the issue and made recommendations. I have small cracks in heat exchange. the repairman gave me honest options (I researched everything he said and all was good). I mentioned that I had an issue with my tankless hot water tank and they fixed that too! Needed cleaned. Didn't try to sell me with scare tactics like other companies. Please check them out. You will be very satisfied!!!
