Guy charged me to replace my capacitor then said “sorry that wasn’t the problem “. He then proceeded to say I needed a new coil and compressor. Which he gave me an estimate of $11,000. I said no, I needed to get other estimates. After he left, I flipped the breaker off and on, and now it’s running fine. If I needed a new compressor, it would not be running right now. What a total fraud!!!!

Everyone is very professional from the scheduling people to Nathan N., the technician who came to our home. Nathan was very thorough and efficient in working with the hvac. This is the second time he has come to our home and we appreciate the continuity. He already knew the system and was able to review his information from the spring tuneup.

Sign up for their VIP package. I don’t regret it. Always wonderful people working and they’re helpful and communicative. Dominic probably services our place the most and he’s great with my barky dog and good at what he does in general. So kind! It’s been really nice having a reliable furnace and A/C service. I pay once a year and get both systems done annually, along with discounted parts and repairs. Definitely check them out.

I have been a Calfo customer for years and wouldn’t trust anybody else with my system. Their customer service is second to none and they are extremely professional. Dom and Jonathan were great! Very thorough, friendly, and professional. Dom did a nice job clearly explaining what was done for this visit (A/C check and tune-up) and offered some future services and recommendations but didn’t force or pressure anything….which was nice. Will be using CALFO again and highly recommend.

Steve was the service tech today who did my furnace tune up. He came at our request because we were very pleased with his service call to repair our AC this summer. Steve is very personable, pleasant and knowledgeable.Considerate to me and my family, as he explained and demonstrated all the work he was doing. I will gladly refer Calfo to my friends and family. I have an Electric Furnace and this year not only did I turn the Thermostat down I flipped a switch on the wall believing the whole furnace shut off. IT WAS MAKING A FUNNY SOUND!😲 So I called Calfo had good service with you guys before and it’s just the Pilot light! It stays on even if the Heating System is shut off. So…let’s keep the switch on Thermostat is way down and we know it’s safe. I was afraid Carbon Monoxide would be in the house, or the Furnace went bad, but no. The Pilot Light stays lit.

Atrocious experience. The tech came out and essentially said there was nothing he could do about my AC unit and that I needed a new one. It was true that the unit was essentially dead, but he told me the cheapest AC unit I could get would cost $16,000 and up to $30,000 (which I could finance at over $300/month!). That seemed astronomically high, so I did some shopping around. I talked to four different companies and all quoted me under $10,000 for solid units. I was left feeling like this company was trying to rip me off.

Received a quote for a new furnace, A/C, and hot water heater. Mike and John were early to the appt which was great. We discussed some details, they surveyed and measured, and answered all of my questions. They were very straightforward with respect to equipment and pricing. I'm still doing my research so I haven't decided if I'll go with Calfo, but they were very professional and knowledgeable and I wouldn't have any reservations contracting with them for the job.

I hired this company last August to do some maintenance on my central air unit. There was a leak at the suction line, draining my Freon empty. Stephen Derrick came and did the work on the line. “Fixing” the leak. Fast forward to this summer, turn on my unit and it’s not blowing cool air. I decided to get a diagnostic from a different company and my Freon is empty again! He tested the line and the leak is in the exact same spot from the year before where Calfo “fixed” it. Calfo says they don’t guarantee their work and they will charge me full price AGAIN to fix their work. The manager wouldn’t even call me back to discuss this. I see your response, and I have called your office. Multiple times, and you have not returned my calls. Your receptionist, says she gave you the messages, and you’ve chosen NOT to return my calls. How are you planning to resolve this issue if you don’t return my calls?
