When our AC went out, we got a very quick response from our call. Paul came out first thing and was able quickly to diagnose it was a part failure. He then replaced the part & had our AC up & running right away. Quickly & very professional. Greatly appreciate!

Have been using them for years. Always good service. Tech is supposed to call while in his way, but last few times they don’t. It’s a nice to know they are close by.

Great installation of a furnace and A/C. Installers used drop clothes, and vacuumed after completion. Everything is straight, level, and functions perfectly. BDI has been around a long time, and will answer the phone when service is required.

The quote was explained to us in detail and even after a last minute change the crew handled everything professionally. The crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves each day. I have a service contract with this company for years. They provide excellent work and are timely, polite and friendly.
Blown in cellulose with storage platform in attic. Seal and insulate garage ductwork along with dense packed cellulose in the garage ceiling. Rim seal with foam in basement. Staff was extremely professional in all aspects; sales, estimate, communication, and installation. All questions were resolved collaboratively. Bolster bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied.
