I had a very good experience with both the plumbing-side and the HVAC-side of their services. Both professionals were very knowledgable and very good about explaining what they were doing and why. Prices didn't seem unreasonable, however I know very little about these types of fees. I was very happy with the service and plan to use their services again in the future if needed.
Service technician was very efficient.& knowledgeable. Even told me he would change filter if I had one. & he apologized that he did not have the correct size on truck.
Very fast response to our broken AC. Very informative and helpful. I highly recommend.

You're an AC contractor. Make air conditioning great again. But flying defaced flags is really not what a community wants in its climate control storefronts.
Had them do a water heater replacement. Gave a quote over the phone and came out to do the work. Told me it would be almost $300 more as I had a return line to master bath. I paid. When done the water took 2-3 minutes to get hot in the master (used to take 30 seconds or less). I called to ask why I had to pay more if it would not work the way it used to. Was told that is just how it was. I had to call back and talk to an owner. The owner was understanding and made it right. Sent the team back out to re-do the return line and now the water gets hot in the same amount of time as before. 4 starts for making it right, but took off a star as was not done right first time, I was told there were no guarantees, and had to escalate.
I have been a customer of A-Comfort Service for 20 years. I have used A-Comfort to replace my hot water heater, AC and furnace over the years and have been pleased with the service and products they offer. Just recently, I had my AC and hot water heater checkups. The technician arrived on time and efficiently completed the scheduled maintenance.
Love the work these guys did installing our new home furnace and A/C units. Have used them multiple times previously and will continue to use them in the future.
I’ve had both a furnace and Air Conditioning unit installed. They were on time and professional. I especially like that they come back within 2 weeks to check the installation, making sure everything is working as it should. Thank you for the great service.
Very professional sales and service staff. They were attentive to our needs during installation and consistently asked we had any questions or needed status updates. Sales staff was not pushy and very easy to work with. The install was done quickly with a lot of attention paid to the cleanliness of our home. 10/10 would recommend for any future AC needs!
The service tech was Very professional and friendly. He was also very educational about our AC unit.
SEE UPDATE BELOW>>>>The technician had serviced this residence prior to our purchase of the home. We selected A-Comfort Service, hoping that their familiarity with the system would ultimately increase our cost/benefit chances. The tech was knowledgeable and seemed to be familiar with our type of system. The cost to fix some issues and put us on a PM plan was somewhat reasonable... just over $2,000. I replaced the filters for the air handlers myself. When the parts they ordered for the repairs arrived, they called to schedule the repairs. They arrived and began the work. That is when the only issue I have with A-Comfort Services happened. I asked the older tech to move the van, as it was blocking my van from leaving. He send the younger tech to move the van and he backed the van into the yard. He then attempted to get out of the grass and only made it worse, burying the van even farther down the slope. They then told me that their "boss" was coming to "help them get it out". I wasn't here for the alleged rescue, but nobody approached my wife (who was home) to apologize for rutting the yard, killing grass, exposing long tracks of mud or to offer to make amends for the damage. If they would have attempted to make it right, I wouldn't have been so disappointed. How does someone become a "boss" and not have the professional mindset to "own" the mistake and make it right in your customers' eyes? UPDATE: The owner called me, came out to my home and surveyed the damage to the yard. They arranged for his guys to come out, spread topsoil, grass seed and then hay over the damaged area. I upgraded my review to four stars.
The customer service reps that I have spoken with to schedule service have always been very helpful and patient. The technicians who have come to do maintenance on my HVAC system were timely, professional, and courteous. I will continue to use A-Comfort for future maintenance of my HVAC system.
Tech’s were great and professional. Their work was extremely neat and precise. They were true pros.
They installed our HVAC and have perform annual maintenance since. Everyone in the process, from sales and maintenance to scheduling and customer service, has been exceptionally friendly and professional.
A Comfort Service has been servicing my furnace/AC for years and I purchased a new one three years ago. I have always received excellent service from them even from a far when I had to call while on vacation to have servicing done when someone was staying at my house. I had a routine service call yesterday and was totally satisfied and pleased with the thoroughness and finding something very minor that could’ve cost me money if it had not been noticed. Also I was helped with my thermostat in settings. So thank you very much for having such good people like Jack D.
The technician stayed a few extra minutes to assist with setting up the app to use with the thermostat. Much appreciated.

A-Comfort has been truly incredible to work with. Every person I've interacted with at the company has amazing customer service and has gone above and beyond. They installed a new boiler in my house. Everything has gone smoothy. Definitely planning to use them moving forward for any installation or repair. Highly, highly recommend this company!
