We can't say enough good about this HVAC contractor. He gave a very fair estimate and was very willing to work with our install timeline. He installed the system professionally and did an awesome job on fit and finish. After the installation, he took me around and showed me things I can do for preventative maintenance. He even text the first vening after the install to make sure things were still working properly. His estimate was much better than other competitors and used better components. I highly recommend Royal HVAC! I should add, we were at work one day and he took our dog out on his own to use the bathroom. He didnt have to, but he said he wanted to before he left.
Scott was very responsive to all my questions about the new system. Cost was very fair. He worked very quickly while maintaining a high level of quality in his work. Would absolutely recommend.
I had a Mr Cool mini split system that stopped working shortly after a different contractor installed it. Scott came in and looked at it, walked me thru what was needed, and got it done quickly. He worked with me on the date and time and was patient with me. Excellent service and will save his number for future repair needs.
Fast service, our system was wore out, and broke. He fit me in his schedule quickly. And got everything installed, without any problems.
We had a great experience with royal HVAC. We needed a new system installed with duct work. Scott did a great job! He was very professional, punctual, and gave us the best deal. He was very knowledgeable and got us the system that fit our needs best. Would definitely recommend him and will be using royal HVAC for our maintenance in the future.
Reliable service and answered all our questions. Provided us with a new HVAC that is the most current on the market. His knowledge and connection with vendors in the field assured us were we’re getting the best deals and more up to date equipment. Once the equipment was installed he walked me through the app installation on the thermostat to connect to my phone. He stayed for over an hour at our house to ensure the new HVAC system was running properly. When installing a new thermostat connecting to our gas broiler, it didn’t connect and he reach out to the company to find out why it wouldn’t connect. Even though he wasn’t able to connect it to our house he gave us a plan of action to install a new thermostat that would be adaptable to our current connection. He even went out of his way on the weekend to send a text to follow-up how the new system was running. He also always sent a text before showing up to confirm our appointments, helpful when working from home an juggling a busy schedule. Overall I would refer him to family and friends as I know he will provide them with the best service! A+
As a first time home buyer in this crazy inflated market, I bought a home “as is” with an old central air conditioner system and an oil furnace. It was a relief meeting with Scott who assured me that he could convert it to a gas furnace/AC combination unit. I had the best experience with Royal HVAC and I highly recommend them for anyone with HVAC needs. Scott was accommodating, efficient, and treated us like family. We are so thankful that our AC unit was ready for the summer and it runs great!
Scott is very professional and responsive. He listen to your needs and gets you the best option. We used to have the oil heating and no air conditioning in our house. We wanted to install new air conditioning and convert our heating to electric. Scott discussed with us our options and worked a week to get everything done. Now we have both heating and AC. You will love his work with no doubt. Definitely will reach out to Scott any work I need in my house.

Scott is a lifesaver! This is my first home and my heat decided to stop working in the midst of the coldest month of the year. I had called around and received estimates of 1 week plus as the soonest a technician could come out to see what was going on. Not only did Scott come out the same day, he provided us with portable space heaters to help keep the house warm while he waited for a part to come in. He is personable and a true professional! We had our unit installed this past summer to replace a heat pump/AC unit that wasn’t getting the house to temperature. After having it for a few months we couldn’t be more than thrilled. Scott came over and took a look and made one recommendation that would be best for our house. We’ve had to alternate between AC and heat (sometimes in the same day) and it has worked great. We’ve now had it serviced by one of the big companies in the LV as part of a service contract and they said it was installed perfectly. That was good to hear because the cost was significantly below estimates I received from other companies and used the same materials. Install was seamless and communication was great.
My husband interviewed multiple companies (8) for our 5-ton heat pump. Scott went above and beyond all other companies. Everything was done to a T. Workmanship, quality, price, and reliability were top-notch. Based on what he promised and what was delivered, he is more than trustworthy. I can say Scott @ Royal HVAC have officially saved the holiday for my tenants. My force hot air system decided not to work one of the coldest day. I started my quest to look for HVAC company to figure out the issue. I've recieved a quote prior to Scott that wanted 4-6K for the Job. Long story short, I met Scott he troubleshoot the problem and order part. What makes Scott different from everyone else is he cares! He provided electric heaters for my tenant for the night so they were warm. Scott show up the next day with the part, resolved the issue in a few hours. Something that was previous quoted a few thousand, ends up being only a few hundred. My tenant and I are so grateful for being so quick and professional. Thanks and Happy Holidays

If your having heat issues, look no further! Top service, very knowledgeable and professional. We had been without heat for a couple of days & in that time had two guys come check out our heat system and they both couldn't accurately determine what was wrong... We decided to give Royal HVAC a call, came right out and fixed the problem! I was almost talked into buying a part that would have been a waste of money and time if were for them! Thanks again Scott for fixing our boiler!! I highly recommend!
