Woke up on a Sunday with water pouring out of my hot water tank. Called That HVAC Guy and he was here in 10 minutes. Replaced the hot water tank and was charged a great price , especially for a Sunday! Mentioned we wanted a new HVAC system. Got a quote and they came a few weeks later, replaced everything pretty fast , cleaned up and we are extremely happy with the system. Highly recommend That HVAC Guy!
Jordan is great. Prompt service, answered every question and made replacing our mini-split simple. Job was complete in a single day, within a week of accepting his quote. We spoke upfront about challenges that could pop up and how the quote might be affected. Jordan expertly navigated the few issues that did come up with minimal issue during the install, but there were no real surprises. High marks for communication, professionalism and attention to detail.
I had a problem with my hot water heater and Jordan was very professional, responsive and kind! He rearranged his busy schedule to accommodate me. He was quick to diagnose and fix the problem and I feel lucky that I contacted the right person! Very fair price also!!!
Jordan was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and did a thorough job on my furnace install. He was able to get the job scheduled quickly, gave me good information about the state of my HVAC system, and was patient with all my questions. Called them in the morning about a heater not turning on, they were out to the house right away and had it fixed immediately just in time for the cold weather coming soon. They are dependable and responsive, very reasonably priced, highly knowledgeable, and local to the area and community. We will definitely continue to use their services and will be recommending them to others as well.
Great service, value and customer service! Jordan met with us and thoroughly explained all of our options for our broken AC unit. He took his time and patiently explained all the time and cost details for both a repair and a new AC unit. Our concerns about the cost of a new unit were fully respected and at no time did we feel we were being steered towards the more expensive replacement option. In the end we went with the full replacement as the cost was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. Jordan even followed up the following week immediately to address a concern we had with the evaporation hose. He came by within hours of calling and added some extra ties to the hose to ease our concern of a loose connection. Highly recommend if they service your area.
Amazing for local service. Was at our door in 30 minutes. Identified and solved problem in less than an hour. Rates 1/2 of what the big companies charge. I’m keeping his number on speed dial.
If you are in the Oreland area That HVAC Guy is your guy. Jordan does great work, is honest, and reasonably priced.

Called at 330pm for a leaky faucet. Arrived at 6pm, fixed it, and was reasonable. Will use again.
Outstanding service! Our very old AC unit died on Wednesday late in the evening. I called Jordan and he came over within 20 minutes. Unfortunately as expected we needed a whole new unit and also recognized we probably needed to replace our heater at the same time. Jordan explain the entire process to us, gave us options, and in 48 hours I am now sitting in a nice cool house with a new AC and heating unit. Jordan is pleasant, professional, and extremely qualified! I recommend that HVAC guy at the highest level!
My AC died in the middle of 95 degree heat and 80% humidity... Called That HVAC Guy and Jordan came out a few hours later. Long story short, ONE day later he installed a new outdoor unit. I recommend them for anyone who has an emergency or not and wants honest, reliable work.

What could be worse than your kitchen sink not draining in the morning before you are hosting a big party? If it happens on Christmas morning! Jordan rescued the day and ensured our holiday was merry! He arrived within an hour and solved the problem efficiently at a reasonable price.
Within seven days we went from no furnace, no heat and no hope to a brand new, fully functioning and efficient boiler installed swiftly (and priced fairly) by That HVAC Guy, Jordan! He was super organized, answered all my many questions, and really paid attention to all the little details. We added an extra unscheduled job at the end of the work and he came back the very next day and just got it done. It doesn’t hurt that on top of a job very well done that he was polite, well humored and friendly to all the members of our family. When my ten year old asked “He’s going to be in our house all alone? But we don’t know him!”, I was able to respond that Jordan is a professional and trustworthy and I felt no hesitation to let him have a key and do what he had to do. Jordan is a consummate professional. He gave us a competitive quote, and he completed all of the work in a timely manner and at a high level. He walked us through the process from start to finish, kept us informed of progress throughout, and cleaned up after the job was finished. I cannot recommend highly enough--especially after having a few bad experiences with HVAC contractors!
Highly recommend this company! Our water heater went out over the weekend. We called Jordan and he came out the same day and replaced it. He quoted us a fair price and his work was quick, clean and well done. Very professional - will definitely use again in the future!
I bought a home and was looking for an HVAC contractor for several items. Some big, some small. I contacted a company and they were not available, but suggested i contact That HVAC Guy. I am very glad they did! Jordan was easy to contact, he arrived on schedule, had very good insights on the application for our home, and the price quoted was reasonable and fair. He made a second visit to our home since the quote, and again did all the things that most contractors don't do, he was honest, told us not to do things that he could have made a good profit on, was punctual, and trustworthy.That HVAC Guy will be MY HVAC guy going forward.
