Within 2 weeks of buying and moving into my new house in North Huntingdon, the main sewer stack was leaking... I was so upset, but called Goods and they were able to see me the same day and fixed the issue. The plumber answered all of my questions and explained what to look for in the future. He also didn't have the item on hand that he needed for the job and went out to get it and came back very quickly. I will definitely be calling Goods again if I need them. Thanks guys!
This company is very reliable, dependable and trustworthy. They have done a few jobs in my home and I would recommend them, and have recommended them to several of my friends. I really can't say enough positive things about them, there are too many. each and everyone of the employees that showed up at my home were respectful and worked diligently until the job was finished AND cleaned up everything where they were working. If you have any issues with just about any household problem, this is the company to call. Better yet they are family owned and run so you are supporting that!
This place truly is a family owned company. Not only internally within the company but with their customer base as well. I worked for Goods almost a decade ago and that’s how us employees felt along with the customers. I’ve used them several times since I moved to florida to help out some of our family members that stayed behind. Each and every time, from the office to the field, we’re treated so well and they make us feel so comfortable knowing we’re in good hands even though we’re 1000 miles away. The culture at this company is one of a kind and is clearly going to stay for years to come. I highly recommend these guys for service and employment. I wish all companies operated the way they do. We called on 12/23/22; they got here within an hour. Very nice guys came and fixed our drain. Thank you for your prompt and courteous service.
very professional, caring. cleaned up my floor the footprints from walking inside and outside. updates you during service. reasonably priced and came right away. i had a bad experience with my warranty company and goods came to the rescue!
Goods Plumbing was able to come out the next day and fix the natural gas leak. The job required digging outside the building and replacing old rusted pipes.
Very professional, and courteous. Very pleased with result, and appreciated how considerate staff was. (Went the extra mile in putting back wall panel and refrigerator, which had to be moved to access pipes.)
I've called Good's 3 or 4 times and they always get here quickly, listen to what I have to say and then fix the problem without trying to sell me $5000 in major repairs.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Goods Plumbing Heating and AC! My hot water heater needed replaced and goods came today and ran into some problems (older house). Needed to put a new water shut off valve in my house as mine was rusted. My water pressure was dbl what it should be. Coordinated with MAWC to turn off the water outside and fixed everything. Was such a good experience and very reasonable!! They did an outstanding job! Would highly recommend Goods, , thanks hun!! You were awesome!! You all rock
I have used Good's Plumbing several times and am always pleased with the service they provide (at an affordable price). The people working at Good's are always knowledgeable and professional. I recommend Good's to anyone seeking plumbing or heating/AC needs. Just an all around excellent company!
Excellent plumbing company!! Sherry provided great customer service & got someone same day to unclog my elderly mom's toilet. Cody was on time & was professional dealing with my mom who has dementia. I highly recommend!!
Had a sewer line running from the basement out to the main that became blocked. Cody quickly found the issue and cleared the blockage. Quick and easy with great knowledge! Highly recommend Cody for any plumbing issue you might have.

Some of the most important things to me when meeting anyone is a friendly attitude, someone who takes their time, and a company that puts high stock in REAL customer feedback. Goods Plumbing followed up with me in a respectful manner to resolve my issue and provide feedback on my yard. They upheld integrity, honesty, willingness, and fortitude in the process. Bring new homeowners we were very overwhelmed with how this service might go. Cody M did an incredible job. He made sure to let us know what he was doing and answer any questions that we had. He was very kind and a pleasure to work. He even gave us tips on how to prevent the issue in the future.

He explained his process clearly to us and family by phone, helped clean up, and even took the time to show us what to look for in the future in case of another issue. An honest plumber that does what they say! They guarantee their work and do it right. We have had many plumbers come to our house and provide unsatisfactory service but not Goods. They have fixed our leaky bathtub, changed our faucet and spray gun in the kitchen. Shower head was upgrade and they added a spigot in the garage. The last upgrade was a tankless water heater and we love it. These guys are top notch. We recommend them to all our friends and neighbors.
Was very pleased with the service we received. Mike and Zack were very professional. Even my dogs didn't mind them being here, LOL!
