Witmer provides quality service, very knowledgeable technician, and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.
Ours was a big job. Witmer listened to concerns and came up with a system that met our needs. They had to repair what previous installer did incorrectly and we can already feel the difference. Heating and cooling is evenly distributed and air is fresh and clean. Took awhile to schedule and get equipment but this was out of their control. Overall very satisfied and would recommend.

I had the Whitmer company install and service my heat pump now for 13 years and you could not ask for a better company. Technician are always very friendly and professional wearing booties every time they enter your house. I would highly recommend the Whitmer company to any body looking for an HVAC company.

problem withing constant pinging in every vent after installing brand new hvac system. Someone came to check it out and was told they do not know what it is. Left hanging with noises that I need earplugs and white noise machine. Very dissappointed, they got my money and blew me off.
I used the Witmer Company for the installation of a new heat pump in 2018. Since that date, it has had constant problems. Every time it switches from air to heat, a problem occurs. Witmer has spent a total of over 30 hours "repairing" it, and have replaced at least 20 different parts. I do not think that a heat pump bought in 2018 can have this many problems, I feel that the unit (an Amana) is a lemon and would like it replaced. I was told today that the indoor unit would be placed. Three men ,including Andy came out and of course found another problem to fix, so it was decided I did not need a new unit. I have never been treated so unprofessionally . Andy was rude and degrading and Jeff who said I would get a new unit today, had no intention of replacing my unit. I would not recommend the Witmer company for anything. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with, and I am a retired vice president of a company and have worked with 100's of many different companies. DO NOT use Witmer, unless you want to deal with constant frustration and lies.
The repair for a kitchen faucet installation was the highest at 724. For a replacement . The unit was marked up 4 times its price at Lowe's. I feel taken advantage of. I had another repair needed but have to wait.

Called for emergency service when our sump stopped working. After stumbling over his words, the technician who returned the call said they're not accepting new customers for emergency calls. Why advertise as 24/7 and offer emergency calls if you won't take on an emergency??
It was a pleasure for the witmer company to do my two new ac installations. Thanks so much from Jeff coming out and given me a quote on them,to eric and lewis coming out to install them.Everyone was professional and very handy on all there information. I would really recommend the witmer company again.
