I can't say enough good things about this company I called five other companies. Rob was the only one that called me back and within 10 minutes he was at my house and fixed my AC. Awesome Company would definitely recommend.
We were recommended the company via a neighbor who had work done by Rob and we can see why. Rob was very knowledgeable, friendly and gave us numerous options without any pressure or upselling. He gave us a set date for installation and stuck to it. We are extremely happy with the work he did and based on his professionalism throughout the whole process we have full confidence in the work he done. We will definitely be recommending him to family and friends
Robert installed our new gas boiler when the old oil one conked out. We got a lot of estimates, and a lot of opinions, but chose him (even though he was in the middle of the pack in terms of cost) because of his frank appraisal and helpful explanations. It didn't seem like he was trying to tell us what we wanted to hear - or to upsell us on stuff we didn't need. The install was quick and efficient and, most importantly, we are thrilled with our boiler so far. Kept us warm through the crazy cold snap a few weeks ago. We are very happy with our choice to hire Robert and his team.
Came out and fixed my unit on a saturday for an extremely reasonable price. Will never hesitate to use anyone else!

Rob was a pleasure to work with. He installed a ductless mini split AC/Heating system in our home. He came over to give us a quote the same day I called to inquire about his services. He was very upfront and transparent about pricing options. He then installed everything less than a month later (he would have installed everything sooner but our schedules unfortunately didn’t align). Plus the installation was very quick, took less than 2 days to set up a 5 unit system. Once everything was installed, he spent a while showing us how to work the system and set up remote access to it on our phones. Overall, he was very knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and honest. He will certainly be the first person we contact for any of our HVAC needs from here on out.
Gave rob a call pretty late at night because my co2 detectors started going off and with little children in the house this had me and my wife a bit on edge . Rob said he could come that night and was there within 30 minutes from the time I called . He was very professional and being a mechanic myself I was very impressed with the knowledge he had in his field and his ability to put my wife and my nerves at ease . It turned out to be something very minor and in this situation he could have told me or anyone my heat exchanger was cracked and I would have been on my way to buying a new system but he told the truth and in this day and age it’s pretty hard to find a honest mechanic , like looking for a needle in a haystack . It was a very pleasant experience overall from start to finish to the price of his service which is very fair I will definitely be using him in the future and I recommend you give him a call and try him out for yourself

Rob is awesome to work with! He came out same day when our blower burned out and replaced it. When we needed to replace our AC and furnace he was prompt with estimates and much less expensive than everyone else, with great quality work. He arrived on time and competed the job same day with zero issues. Highly recommend Rob for all HVAC needs. I would not hesitate to use him again in the future.
Rob responded quickly to my call and was able to install a new water heater the next day. He kept me up to date with his anticipated arrival time and completed the project faster than I anticipated. Very reasonable priced and much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Amazing service my ac unit went out on my house at 7:30 pm I called Rob I was surprised that he told me I'll be in your house in 1 hour that never happens it takes usually 2 to 3 days to get some one in he had to come back the next day to fix the problem he was on point he told me I'll be in your house 8 am he was there to fix the AC unit great service and professional highly recommend his service

Rob came out to give me an estimate on a new central air unit the same day I called him, even after a long hot day at work. Communication was great throughout and his prices are very fair! He arrived on time and competed the job quickly and efficiently. The job site was clean when he left. So glad I found Rob and used him to replace my air conditioner. After calling around and being told that no one can come out until at the earliest 3 days due to bad weather is the last thing I wanted to hear when I had no heat. Robert took my call early Monday morning during a snow storm and told me he'd be at my house within an hour. He fixed my furnance within an hour. Robert was very professional and his pricing was very reasonable. If ever I need to have my furnance serviced again, I will definitely give Robert a call. Thank you Robert.

I feel blessed to have found RPB HVAC......on a Sunday no less!!!! It's August, very hot and my AC is not blowing cold air AND I can't seem to get hot water. I started my search and RPB caught my eye and stood out: Local and open 24/7????? All the other AC places have banker hours?!?! I called....on a Sunday and left a voice message expecting to hear back the next day. Tara called back soon after.......I felt like this wasn't even real but she certainly was calling me back about my issue AND Rob came out the same day to service my AC and my furnace! Very Impressive. Rob identified each issue within minutes....no exaggeration.......minutes!! My uncle was at my house and walked curiously around with Rob who took the time to explain and teach......amazing, I kid you not. The charge was reasonable and the knowledge, service, and professionalism in this family owned business is impeccable. My mom and I are thankful.....thank you Rob and Tara for your service. I will not hesitate to call RPB for any and all AC and Furnace needs. You have my recommendation to anyone who asks for a reputable HVAC company. Thank You!!!!
This is a really great company. I called early in the morning and Rob said he could be out to out home in an hour. Fair price for a callout, when showed up it was simple fix. He was very polite and knowledgable. I would call Rob again if I have trouble with my AC unit.
