Thomas Brady went out of his way to get me window air conditioners until I get my new central air conditioning I am very happy with this company so far

After 14-15 years, Our water heater malfunctioned and was built up with years of sediment. I emailed TB Heating and Cooling, and received an email response quickly! Tommy was out-of-town but still took time to answer any questions and concerns. We spoke on Thursday, and scheduled for a SATURDAY (Very nice!😎). On the day of service, Tommy & Kyle were both very responsive, punctual, professional, friendly, and kind. They are knowledgeable too. A+ business! Thank you again guys!

We came home from the beach to a 80° house and so I text Tommy to see if he could come out the next day (since today is Memorial day). Within a half hour, Tommy called back and said he was on his way to look at our AC and would bring some window units just in case. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue, and my house is already feeling cooler. I will never use anyone else but TB Heating and Cooling!

He is honest with his assessment and does the job the right way. He is responsive to our queries and tries his best to come to our house if needed. Most importantly he is fair with his pricing. Start of summer and we lost our ac. Tommy was highly recommended from our family and he didn't disappoint. He was in contact the same day and had our new unit installed within days. He was very knowledgeable and explained the options of ac and heat pump units. They arrived as scheduled and completed installation that day. Friendly and professional. Thanks TB!!

We were having issues with our HVAC unit, we could not get our central air below 81 degrees. I called Tommy and he was able to get to us for same day service. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem in a quick, efficient, and cost effective manner. We could not be happier with his service. Will certainly use again! Thank you!
We used to have one hour heating and air. They came to "fix" our problem and the next day it stopped working. They wanted to charge us another service fee when they didn't fix the issue to begin with. TB Heating & Cooling were able to come the next day after we called them for their help. They were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. We are very pleased with their work and will continue to use them!!! Very pleased.
