These guys made time for me when no one else would the same day my heating system quit in the middle of January. After extensive diagnosing they condemned my current system but was able to get me heat until an install was available. Rob sent over an estimate of a few different options very quickly and we came to an agreement on a model. Once it arrived they got me on the schedule asap. The install was not only quick but very clean and some of the highest quality workmanship I’ve ever seen. These guys are honest, clean, on time, and their work is high quality. Lifetime customer here.

The service tech, Ben, was thorough and explained what he did to service the air conditioning unit. He answered my questions about filters so I can now get the correct type of filter. It’s always a pleasure to work with a company like Capital and techs like Ben. I always recommend Capital when someone is looking for a HVAC company.
I can't thank them enough. They installed a new hot water heater and repaired the HVAC after the flood. Excellent service.

I moved to another location for years ago but made sure that they would travel to Malvern Pennsylvania to handle on my HV AC needs. I trust them. They are a local family owned business. Capitol heating and air is without doubt the company you can trust. When it comes to general maintenance they are meticulous and honest. In emergencies, I know I can count on them. If all businesses were run with the integrity that they demonstrate, the world would be a better place. They are the most highly recommended company I utilize.
I have used Capitol Heating and Air since we bought our first home over 6 years ago. Rob and his team are TOP notch, super smart and professional. They keep my HVAC system running smooth. One night our AC condenser ceased operation completely, the fan would not function at all. Luckily it wasn’t an absolute emergency so I was able to wait until the next day. That night I got in touch with Rob and he said he could come out and take a look at it the following day. Before I even woke up the next morning he had come and gone (before 7am!) and the AC was again working, blowing cold air. On top of knowing these systems in and out, Rob is a great guy and is very easy to talk to, he will explain things in terms anyone can understand! If you haven’t figured it out yet, in my opinion, they are a great company and do a great job! If you give them a chance you won’t be disappointed!
Cannot say enough good things about Rob and the guys at Capitol! They are ALWAYS on time and more professional than most people who I have had do work on my home. I don’t trust just anyone to work on my house but I’d trust these guys with a key to the front door! The maintenance plan makes keeping the HVAC serviced easy. Capitol does my private home and rental property. Since I’ve owned a house I’ve never called anyone else and unless they go out of business I never will!

What a wonderful crew to work with. Rob came out during a heat wave for us when our AC unit stopped working. He discovered that it wasn’t fixable, so he helped us get a new unit. They went above and beyond working with our home owners insurance to help us get the best deal. They completed the installation very quickly and efficient. Our favorite part was how they took time to kindly interact with our kids and pets, when they would interrupt their work, instead of acting bothered. In addition to fixing our AC, they also addressed some issues with our furnace. This is such a well rounded, fun & professional crew. We highly recommend them to everyone.
Our quote on the installation was exactly what it cost us. No hidden fees or surprises. Rob jr. And the crew were such nice guys to have in our home, they made sure everything was cleaned up every day, and we had no questions. The finished product looks amazing. They are so professional, and cleaned up nicer than what it was when they came. So happy we chose them and would recommend them to anyone!
We’ve had multiple companies out to address our Hvac issues and no one could help. I had Rob come out and he was able to diagnose the issue rather quickly. Capitol Heating and Air were at our home today March 18, 2020. They were recommended by our plumber. I would definitely use Capitol for any future need. They resolved our problem with no scare tactics. They offered a theory as to the problem with our 2nd floor erratic heating and they nailed it by providing a new valve. I appreciated their explanation, as I like being informed.
