Called them at 8:45 and someone was at my house at 9:15 and my AC was fixed at 10:15.
The gentlemen were on time and explained everything they were doing every step of the way. I would recommend this company. I would definitely use them in the future.

Plumber came out and fixed what needed to be fixed. He was nice and professional. Admin/communication could use some work. I called three times to make an appointment. Couldn’t get a call back. I left a 1 star review about that and got a call the next morning. If you’re wondering what their plumbing rates are, I attached a screen shot of their work order. 3 hours of labor totaling $670.
They say they are 24 hr. Called on a Sunday with water leaking problems and said they would see if they could find someone and get back to us. Never got a return call. Very disappointing.
Pittsburgh's Best Plumbing and Heating is a company I have used in the past and didn't think twice to call this time. The tech was on time, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Good work as always!

Called Pittsburgh’s Best to replace a leaky water heater. They arrived the same day, did the job, and were out at a reasonable price. I’ll definitely be using them again if needed.

Jay was professional, pleasant & efficient.
On time, friendly, fair and reasonable. Wore booties in the house, and tended to the repair quickly. The techs definitely seemed to know what they were doing, and offered a much more appropriate quote for repairing my water heater than I got from a competitor who offered a wildly overpriced replacement quote. Very pleased, and will absolutely use them again if needed.

After an emergency plumber(chain) was a no-show on Sunday, I called Pittsburgh Best Monday morning. I asked if someone could come by around 2:30 and at 2:25 they pulled in. Both guys were courteous and quick and came prepared with an arsenal of equipment and the main line was unclogged before 3pm. I highly recommend going local and would gladly use them again.
