Called to receive a quote to install a new HVAC system. Domenic arrived at my house the next morning where he analyzed the property, was extremely knowledgeable, and produced a quote quickly before he left. Appreciate the promptness and professionalism.
I called to schedule an estimate two days ago, the people on the phone were both so friendly, got me scheduled very quickly. Dominic came today to give me an estimate and was also so friendly and helpful. He made sure to sit down and hear my thoughts on what we were looking for, took time to explain during his exploration of the house, and laid out preliminary options that would best suit this old house before leaving to write up the estimate. Everyone is very professional and honest. Definitely recommend.
Dan and Evan were very responsive and provided me with various options to upgrade our system, working with our budget and timeline . 2nd time I’ve used Gen3 and still pleased with their services .
Jimmy was very professional and polite. He took his time to explain the situation and answer all my questions. We will be meeting with the sales representative regarding a new air conditioner.

Chris was very professional and assessed the electrical needs. Chris has done electrical work at my home on a previous occasion and did an excellent job. I’m confident that the new work will be done well also. Chris was unable to do the electrical work today, so GEN3 sent Prince and Mike. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional, courteous, and expert team. They went straight to work and were finished faster than I expected. They answered all of my questions. Had The two technicians come out to replace our circuit box, they did a absolute wonder job, and explained any of our questions and double checked all outlets, true professionalism can never be underestimated and they definitely were..
The service I received was entire house rewiring. I live in an old home with old electric features. Mr. Griffin Bun and team made the process tolerable. They were timely, courteous and answered any questions I never had to wonder if they would show up.Thank you for making my home safe.
Mike did a great job explaining the options for upgrading our electrical service. He actually strongly advocated for the less expensive, more efficient option. Convincing! Excellent and trustworthy. Thank you! We also had Cyrus Diaz come and install a new electric outlet — less than 24 hours between call and when work was done! Truly impressive, professional work.
Matt came out multiple times to help us was our iced over unit - even going out of his way to come on a Saturday morning. Above and beyond expectations, he has kept me informed throughout the whole process of repair of our whole house HVAC.
Gordon Coleman did an excellent job on some electrical work we needed (recessed lights, outlets, GFI protection, routing of Ethernet wires) and was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the process. In addition to doing great work, he offered useful advice and recommendations for future improvements.

No BS. Checked out the electrical problem; Made recommendations; Mike and Mar were very polite, as well as considerate and took the time to explain what was going to happen and how it would be resolved. There was no pressure to book the service and that was greatly appreciated. The work was nice and neat and they cleaned up afterwards. I will book this company again very soon.
Our ceiling fan was making grinding noise every time we switched it on. When we scheduled an appointment online, Jordan Kuzowsky called beforehand to let us know he was on his was way and showed up right on time. He was very quick to diagnose the problem, fix it and patiently answer all my questions without being too pushy. Will definitely go back to GEN3 for our other electrical and HVAC needs. Highly recommend
Had Matt G come by today to diagnose my AC issue. This is my first time using GEN3. I’d recommend Matt and GEN3 to anyone. He was right on time, diagnosed the issue immediately, and even took the time to educate me on the system I have on my newly purchased condo. Incredible service and I’ll be using GEN3 going forward.

We contacted Gen3 and Mike Janiszewski came out the next business day for a comprehensive knob and tube evaluation. He arrived on time and gave us a detailed quote, sat down with us and answered all of our questions. Mike was incredibly kind, thorough, and patient, and noted anything that was problematic about our older home’s wiring. We’re looking forward to working with him on our upcoming project.
