Technician explained everything he was doing. He answered every question I asked. When he was done I had a lot of confidence that the job was done right. He cleaned up after himself so there was no mess left behind.

Unreasonable to expect any service to be perfect. Have been using them for 20+ years and there certainly have been up and downs, but despite this year after year they continue to deliver quality service and are very responsive when any issues are brought to attention. Only downside is that personnel keeps changing which seems common in this industry. Occasionally they get a bad apple but those thankfully never seem to stick around. Just wish the good ones would stay.
David was friendly and knowledgeable about system. Explained all the inspections he performed and answered all questions.

Excellent - David services both units and fully explained how our 4 zones worked, including how to optimize our heating and cooling under different conditions of use. Really great.

If you break something while your fixing it you should fix it and pay for it don’t charge the customer it’s your fault!
Came to inspect and clean heating ducts from large amount of soot. Dirty job for sure. Performed the job in a completely unprofessional way. Caused more damage, admitted to causing damage while doing routine maintenance and attempted to charge the customer for additional repairs. These people do not have any issues with leaving you with a non workinv heater/boiler in the winter, for the whole weekend. They are great when work goes smoothly, but the moment the run into issues, you better open up the check book. Steer clear and use someone else
Good but very expensive
We are long time customers of Cool It. The service is timely and efficient; their techs keep their committed appointments and they are skilled and knowledgeable. Technicians are polite and respectful of customers and our homes. They make suggestions with regard to updating old equipment or replacing parts which may soon fail, but without pressure and without employing unscrupulous techniques. Cool It gets the job done quickly and efficiently.
Bill Sweeney is the owner of Cool-it. E and his team could not do enough to insure my unit is working perfectly. His whole staff, including Annette who handles the calls are so caring and attentive to your problems. Jacob the technician worked so tirelessly and so neatly. What could I say about a company that values their customers like family? THEY ARE GREAT. You can’t go wrong with this outfit. If you need help—-call them. You won’t be sorry. Cordial and efficient service
Cool It does excellent work. I have had multiple services done by them. They are always on time and very professional. Have a service contract with them for my heat and air units. It is very convenient! They always call me to set up all my maintenance visits.
Responsive company. We recently purchased a new house and initially cold called Cool It after our home warranty completely failed to address the issue, a leaking gas line. Cool It immediately treated it like an emergency, sent someone out same day and got it resolved. We were so impressed we called them again to perform heater maintenance and they again sent someone out the next day. The technician was knowledgeable and took extra time to explain proper use and maintenance of our heating system.
