I would give a million stars if there were a million stars to give. Chris and his team are very professional, very responsive. I'm happy my neighbor introduced them to me and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
Chris answered my call and came out the next day to repair my AC. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about his work. Im so glad we use them, I would recommend to anyone. We will be using this company in the future.

ACT is a first class operation. Chris returned my initial call in less than 1 hour and on a weekend. He scheduled a prompt visit to inspect my non-working A/C. The thing I liked the most was that Chris listened to what I wanted and did not try to steer me one way or the other. Finding someone who listens is a real bonus with contractors and a testament to how ACT does business. The work was scheduled in a timely manner and we were kept informed every step of the way. Chris and Gideon worked tirelessly to get our new system installed in a clean and professional way. Likewise, I want to acknowledge the courteous and efficient help we received from Ann in the office. Air Comfort Technologies is truly a company that stands head and shoulders above others.

I sought multiple quotes to replace my furnace and AC unit, Air Comfort Technologies was quick to respond to my website inquiry and scheduled a time to give an estimate. Chris explained the difference between the various HVAC systems and provided detailed information and pricing on the different configurations. Ann in the office was great in scheduling an install date and financing options. Chris and his installers were punctual and I received texts when they were on their way. They did a fantastic job removing the old equipment and installing the new, putting down floor runners to protect the floor and minimize any mess. They cleaned up the work area inside and out and left with no sign they were there with the exception of our new Trane furnace and air conditioner. I personally like to use businesses that the owner is directly involved, Chris is that type of owner, cares about the quality of the product installed and the craftsmanship of the installation. I have not a single thing to complain of and feel comfortable recommending Air Comfort Technologies for any HVAC service or installation. Update: Air conditioning wouldn't come on, contacted Air Comfort Technology for service, received quick response for appointment scheduling, Chris arrived within the appointment window with text messages prior to arrival. Quick diagnosis of the problem and fast repair (warranty part, not craftsmanship). All service companies should be as nice to deal with. Excellent!

Chris is a rare find as a service technician. He explains things to you and is very courteous. I felt very comfortable around him and he answered all my questions. We had him work on our central air unit about a year and a half prior to this appointment. It was a no brainier who I was calling when my furnace started acting up. I would recommend this company to everyone. Five stars.
