Had a whole home split system replaced by Jeff, Dillon and a third guy. Quote was fair with top of the line Carrier equipment. The 5 year install warranty sold me. Completed quickly, efficiently, with quality and cleaned up after. Highly recommend.
Fantastic company! We lost heat and they were out within the hour and had the part ordered and replaced a couple of days after
Wanted to give a shout-out to a Landenberg business in Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling. I got a surprise Peco bill that was 3x my typical kwh used, knew something had to be up with my heat pump. I had used Comfort Zone before to replace a part on my unit, and they were quick to respond and remediate that issue, so they were my first choice to see what was up. On Friday the 16th, they came out, and it turns out I needed a new compressor, so the best option would be to replace the 14 year old unit. Monday the 19th, I had 4 options to choose from. Many questions with immediate responses back placed my order that Tuesday. Today Dec 27th, the unit arrived and was installed. No issues, Jeff and his team showed up early, got the work done and left me with a clean work area and some efficient heat. Very happy with the service, not so much the surprise large expense but very happy with Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling. If anyone has some HVAC needs I would highly recommend. Pic was while unit was still being installed.
Our old AC unit died on a 100+ deg day. We called them up and they had a repair man out within a day. After it was determined that the old system was dead, they had the install for the new one set up for a week out. Not great but not too long. They called the next morning and said they had a spot open up. The new unit was installed that day. From down payment to start of install was about 12 hours, about 15 hours for total install. Great service.
Recently had my AC maintenance checkup. Have been using this company extensively. Consistent high quality and friendly professional work at fair prices. I have referred them to many people, all of whom have had equally positive experiences.
Very professional, excellent work and quality work was excellent! I called 5 companies and they responded quickly and scheduled our job within a few weeks. Highly recommended!
Professional, Fast and a great experience. Would not think about using anyone else.!
Great service, professional, and fixed the problem quickly, would highly recommend.
I would definitely recommend these guys! Honest and up front (no unnecessary upsells). Very professional. Great price for great quality workmanship and equipment ! And fast service!!
Great communication with Jeff, Jennifer and the team. I was always informed when he was going to arrive and also received alert reminding me of our upcoming appointment.
Comfort Zone quickly diagnosed and fixed my furnace. Very professional and fast. I highly recommend for homeowners in the Landenberg area!
Very professional, affordable and easy to work with! Great company!
We had a great experience! Our old unit died and was going to be very expensive to fix. Jennifer and Jeff were able to schedule and complete a quote for a new system same day and answered all of our questions very thoroughly. Of the 3 quotes we got Comfort Zone was by far the most reasonable for the same products. They were able to install 3 days after signing quote, getting our family heat before the first really cold night of the fall! We can’t say enough good things about Jennifer and Jeff. Highly recommend their service!
We used Comfort Zone to replace our thirty year old HVAC system. They were responsive, were able to get the job done ASAP, and offered us the best value. They made the process easy and affordable. We are very pleased with the quality of the work Comfort Zone did at our home and would highly recommend them!
Wow ! We had an excellent experience with Comfort Zone. Jennifer coordinated our estimate, Jeff showed up on time , he did his thing and we were off to the races. We received a very fair estimate within a day. We compared it to 5 other contractors (apple to apples, same units) and they were were by far the most reasonable. We set up a day and time for installation. They showed up on time and completed the job within the day. Jeff came back 2 days later to ensure everything was running properly. It was a pleasure to work with Jennifer as well as Jeff. The ease with putting our job together from start to finish was amazing. We highly recommend using them for all of your HVAC needs !
Comfort Zone is my all-time favorite HVAC company. I am thrilled to have found them.
I called when other places I used before were unavailable for 24 hours when my A/C had stopped working on Sunday and this was Monday. Jeff was at my house within an hour and fixed my A/C in minutes. I couldn't be happier than my wife who was out while all this happened.
** UPDATE - - After a few emails back and forth, I received a very genuine apology and a refund check for the work not completed. Their updated willingness to make it right leaves us with more positive thoughts toward this company. Star review updated from 1 to 3 *** We had a HORRIBLE experience with this company. - We had two zone HVAC units completely replaced a few months ago. Upstairs was a heat pump and downstairs was a heat pump with propane backup. Install went well, with friendly and professional service. However....... - They forgot the upstairs filter. A month later, we went to replace it and it was missing. We called and they came out to give us the missing filter and install it, claiming they had originally put one in, which they didn't. A month later, we went to replace it again and they had installed the wrong size filter. They blamed it on us saying they had installed a filter the first time and the second time, said it was the right size. Um, no. - They were supposed to install a 15-watt heat strip, which came with the system and we paid for. They only installed a 10-watt. It was obviously the wrong heat strip as the breaker was turned off when it was previously on. When we questioned the breaker, we were told it was fine and the way it should be. When the better HVAC company came in to evaluate our issues, they discovered the 10-watt was installed. When I contacted Comfort Zone, they claimed they were shipped the wrong heat strip. Even an amateur was able to tell immediately they installed the wrong one. - The upstairs unit return connection was basically non-existent with a piece of duct tape slapped on it. This caused hot air from the attic to be constantly sucked into the system. The remaining original ductwork was in such poor disrepair, it was blowing cold air into the attic. We had previously asked if the ductwork needed replacing and we were told it was fine. - The quote included the installation of either a central return or the ab
Extremely professional great family family owned business!!
Comfort Zone has helped me out a few times. They are a family owned business and have always been responsive, fairly priced and have done a great job. One time they came out within a couple of ours on a weekend evening on a super hot day when my air con went. They were available whenever I had follow up questions and were always willing to help. I highly recommend them.
