I had an appliance emergency and Mr. Grunstra was extremely responsive, professional and prompt. I was so impressed, I will use him to service the furnace pre-season and the A/C at the end of the season. INCREDIBLE SERVICE. The only one I will use from this point forward!
I am a contractor and I've had Dave Grunstra Heating & Air Conditioning work with me on a few projects. Dave either always picks up the phone, or calls me back very quickly. He instills confidence both to me and my clients by explaining the reasons behind what he is doing. He shows up when he says he's going to, and I've never had an extra bill from him. If you're looking for honest high quality HVAC work..... you've just found it!
