Repair service was excellent!
Very professional guy with great work ethic. Justin did an outstanding job getting my heat back on quickly. Definitely earned my business for all my future furnace maintenance. Thanks again for the quick response time. 10/10

Kevin, Ryan, and Roger were all fantastic. Very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. They never used any foul language and completely cleaned up after themselves. I'll be calling them in the spring to get an air conditioning unit set up.
Overall the technicians were excellent! On time and worked hard. However one worker needs to work on his professionalism otherwise I would of rated a five stars!
These guys are top notch, friendly and professional, we had a new furnace installed on the 5th of October, just in time for the cooler weather, these guys worked all day long out with the old and in with the new, installed new return ductwork and pvc piping and a few other new items. We are very pleased with the service and new equipment. Especially pleased on how well these guys cleaned up during the job and when they were done. They did show us the condition of our ductwork and the need for a cleaning which we had done less than a year ago and we’ll from the looks it wasn’t as good of a job as we had thought, we will be trying their duct cleaning service come springtime. I am all about keeping money in my community.
GHAC installed our previous furnace 28 years ago so it was a no-brainer to call them again. Kevin was very thorough in his assessment of what type of furnace was required to meet our needs and patiently answered all questions. He, Cordell, and Justin , is a clean, respect ful, efficient team.

GHAC installed my water heater they were very professional and took the time to explain everything to me if you want honest work don’t hesitate to call GHAC they are always there for me unlike other companies i have used them for 20 years and have never been disappointed. Over the years I’ve talked with both owners Todd and Brian both are very knowledgeable with my new furnace and air that i had installed 4 years ago and always have what’s best for the customer and the equipment in mind!

I can't say enough about Dave the technician that serviced our AC. I used another company prior to going to GHAC and they were just recharging the unit saying they couldn't find the problem and to buy a whole new heat pump system for $10,000. Dave camed to our home and was here over an hour. He said our system seemed good and he suspected it was a part that was leaking that was causing the problem. He put dye in the system and sure enough he found the leak and was correct! I'm pleased that he was very thorough and actually cared that he left our home with us being happy!!! I strongly recommend using this company for their prompt service, educated technicians, and getting your HVAC problems fixed correctly!

I called GHAC after I had another HVAC guy come out to look at my AC unit because it wasn't blowing cold air. The first guy wanted to sell me a whole new system and switch over to propane at a cost of $6000-$7000! He said that because my system uses the older freon it was going to cost a lot to charge and anew system would be my best option. The first guy never pulled off the panel to the furnace and never pulled off the thermostat he didn't even hook up any equipment. He was here 15 minutes and charged me $75. That is when I called GHAC they had someone come out the following weekand told me the service charge was $85 and the cost would be $100 per pound of freon because it is the older freon and it could take up to 5 pounds. Justin from GHAC showed up on time and actually brought equipment with him. He pulled the panel off the furnace and put a temp Guage on the duct work. After seeing the temp Guage rose a degree he then pulled off the thermostat. After looking at the wires he went back down to the furnace and came back up to the thermostat and said "Because this is a heat pump this brown wire needs to go here instead of here." He switched the wire and what do you know I had cold AC coming out the vents! He charged me $100 total!!! He was extremely professional and very honest because he could have agreed and try to sell me a new system or pretend to charge the system when it didn't need it, and how would I know. It is so refreshing to have an honest company come out use the correct tools and knowledge and do their job! I highly recommend GHAC and make sure to request Justin but I'm sure whomever you get will be just as professional as he was! Thank you Justin and yes, I made sure I called the company to praise him as well! Great company, I highly recommend.
Came sooner than I thought when we had a problem ,they were very polite and thoughtful and got the job done in a timely manner. We have used them for years and have no complaints . Thank you GHAC !

Needed a new furnace for my business..Shipton's Carpet...I received great service..fast...everyone from the service techs to the office personnel were polite and easy to work with...I have no complaints ...They got my new furnace in quickly and I was able to reopen in several days...
Very professional, on-time and knowledgeable!!! I would highly recommend GHAC for all your HVAC needs. They’ve serviced our pre existing unit and were extremely helpful when purchasing and replacing our entire HVAC system. The humidifier addition was an excellent recommendation!!!
We had problems with our 25 year old system, and they made sure we had heat until our new system was ordered and when It came in, they cleaned our duct work and installed the new unit and upgraded a few things on our duct work and they also installed a new thermostat, it was quickly installed and with quality workmanship, I also recommend using their maintenance plan, that’s why our prior system lasted well beyond the normal usage range . I never had any problems with this company and I highly recommend them.
We just had a central air installed by GHAC in our older home. I can't say enough about the wonderful service! The crew of John, Justin, and Mark arrived both days right at the time they said they would. They worked very hard to make sure that installing the unit in our older home would work well for us. They added additional supply and return ducts to ensure optimum functioning of the system and explained what they were doing and why. After they were done, they cleaned up, and our basement looked better than when they arrived!! John even took the time to show me an area of concern with our hot water heater and told what we can do to prevent deterioration of our chimney. Top notch service all the way around!
